Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kegiatan belajar siswa sekolah dasar berbantuan media video, dimana guru lebih sering memberikan tautan video dalam penyampaian materi kepada siswa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti hendak menganalisis kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa sekolah dasar pa pembelajaran jarak jauh berbantuan media video disalah satu SD Negeri di Kabupaten Purwakarta dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui (1) aktivitas belajar siswa selama pembelajaran berbantuan media video, (2) mengetahui kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa berbantuan media video, dan (3) mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data diperoleh dari siswa, guru kelas dan orangtua siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar angket, tes dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa sekolah dasar berbantuan media video cukup baik karena dapat menarik minat serta semangat belajar siswa di rumah hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil lembar angket aktivitas belajar siswa di rumah, tes dan wawancara. ----- This research is motivated by learning activities of elementary school students assisted video media, where the teacher is often giving the link to the video in the delivery of content to students. Based on this, the researchers wanted to analyze the ability of understanding the concepts of elementary school students pa distance learning assisted video media in one ELEMENTARY school in Purwakarta Regency with the aim to determine (1) the learning activities of students during the learning assisted video media, (2) determine the ability of understanding the concept of SCIENCE students assisted video media, and (3) determine the factors that affect the ability of students ' understanding of concepts. The research approach used is qualitative with case study research. Source data obtained from the students, class teachers and parents of students. Data collection techniques using sheets of questionnaires, tests and interviews. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the ability of understanding the concepts of elementary school students assisted media video good enough because it can attract the interest and enthusiasm of student learning at home it can be evidenced by the results sheet questionnaire student learning activities at home, a test and an interview.
