Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media arisan kata terhadap peningkatan kemampuan menulis kalimat efektif siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas 3 SDN 2 Cipaisan, Purwakarta. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre-eksperiment dengan menggunakan desain One grup pretest-postest. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 29 siswa kelas 3. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik Test berupa soal Pilihan ganda sebanyak 10 soal, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan nilai pretest-postest, nilai N-Gain, Uji t, dan Uji Regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, rata-rata nilai sebanyak 12 siswa (41%) mendapat N-GainScore dengan kategori rendah, sebanyak 10 siswa (34%) mendapatkan N-Gain Score dengan kategori sedang, dan sebanyak 7 siswa (24%) mendapatkan N-Gain score dengan kategori tinggi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan siswa mengalami peningkatan kemampuan menulis kalimat efektif dengan kategori rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. sedangkan hasil pengujian regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara media arisan kata terhadap peningkatan kemampuan menulis kalimat efektif siswa sebesar 18,5%. Dengan demikian media arisan kata berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis kalimat efektif siswa kelas 3 SDN 2 Cipaisan, Purwakarta. ----- This study aims to find out the influence of word media on improving students' effective sentence writing skills in grade 3 Indonesian language learning at SDN 2 Cipaisan, Purwakarta. This type of research is a pre-experimental study using the design of One pretest-postest group. The sample used as many as 29 grade 3 students. The data collection used in this study is using Test techniques in the form of multiple choice questions as many as 10 questions, then analyzed using pretest-postest values, N-Gain values, t-tests, and simple regression tests. The results showed that, on average, 12 students (41%) scored received a low N-Gain Score of 10 students (34%) obtained an N-Gain Score in the moderate category, and as many as 7 students (24%) get N-Gain score with high category. So it can be concluded that overall students experience improved ability to write effective sentences with low, medium, and high categories. while the results of simple regression tests showed that there was an influence between the media arisan kata on the improvement of the ability to write effective sentences of students by 18.5%. Thus, the word arisan media affects the ability to write effective sentences for grade 3 students at SDN 2 Cipaisan, Purwakarta.
