Abstract

Covid-19 di Indonesia berpengaruh langsung pada banyak bidang dan salah satunya adalah bidang pendidikan dimana proses belajar mengajar diharuskan beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap keadaan yang terjadi. Siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Cisarua adalah salah satu contoh yang cukup kesulitan untuk memahami dan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan daring (dalam jaringan) hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari rendahnya capaian kompetensi siswa selama masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Pihak sekolah mencoba melakukan pembelajaran dengan cara berbeda menggunakan model blended learning dengan harapan terdapat perubahan capaian kompetensi siswa. Kondisi tersebut mendorong penulis untuk meneliti dengan tujuan mengetahui adakah peningkatan capaian kompetensi siswa SMK setelah mendapat pembelajaran dengan model blended learning di masa pandemi. Desain penelitian yng digunakan adalah “one-shot case study”, pengambilan data menggunakan metode survey dan post-test dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa proses pembelajaran blended learning di SMK Negeri 1 Cisarua dilaksanakan dengan beberapa cara seperti menggunakan Google Classroom, WhatsApp, program guru keliling, pertemuan tatap muka terbatas, dan podcast di radio lokal. Lalu setelah dilakukan pengujian didapat hasil yang menyatakan terdapat peningkatan rata-rata nilai siswa sebesar 3.14 (4.99%), lalu karena -ttabel ≤ thitung Ho diterima dan disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan rata-rata nilai siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cisarua setelah penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning di masa pandemi, namun tidak adanya peningkatan kompetensi siswa karena rata-rata nilainya masih berada dibawah KKM. The Covid-19 pandemi that still exists in Indonesia has a direct impact on many fields including the field of education where school is required to adapt quickly to the circumstances that occur. Students at SMK Negeri 1 Cisarua feels hard to understand and carry out online learning (on the network), this can be seen from the low achievement of student competencies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The school tries to do learning with a different model, namely the blended learning model with the hope that there will be changes in student competency achievements. This has prompted researchers to conduct research to reveal that blended learning can inrease achievement of vocational students' competence during the pandemic. The research design is “one-shot case study”, data collection using survey and post-test methods with 30 students as the sample. The results show that the blended learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Cisarua is implemented in several ways, such as using Google Classroom, WhatsApp, mobile teacher programs, limited face-to-face meetings, and podcasts on local radio. Then results showed that student average score increased by 3.14 (4.99%), then because -ttabel ≤ tcount so Ho accepted and it’s showed that after the application of blended learning model at SMK Negeri 1 Cisarua on pandemic can increase the studets average score, but not increase the student competency achievement because the average score still under standard.
