Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskriptif data dan menganalisis ada atau tidaknya perbedaaan kemampuan pemahaman matematis ditinjau dari minat belajar atau self efficacy siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI dibeberapa sekolah SMA Kabupaten Bandung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 210 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan: (1) tes kemampuan pemahaman matematis; (2) angket minat belajar; dan (3) angket self efficacy. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistika deskiptif dan uji ANOVA satu jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) hasil tes kemampuan pemahaman matematis tergolong rendah, sebagian besar siswa memiliki minat belajar dan sebagian besar siswa juga memiliki self efficacy; (2) ada perbedaaan kemampuan pemahaman matematis ditinjau dari minat belajar siswa SMA; dan (3) ada perbedaaan kemampuan pemahaman matematis ditinjau dari self efficacy siswa SMA. Kata Kunci : Minat Belajar, Self Efficacy, Kemampuan Pemahaman Matematis This study aimed to determine descriptive data and analyze whether or not a differences in mathematical comprehension ability based on learning interest and self efficacy of senior high school students. This study used a quantitative approach with comparative descriptive method. Population included senior high school students of class XI in several high school Kabupaten Bandung. The sampling was carried out with a purposive sampling with a total sample of 210 students Instrument used: (1) test of mathematical comprehension abilty; (2) learning of interest questionnaire; (3) self efficacy questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA test. Results showed: (1) the results of the mathematical comprehension ability test were low, most students had an interest in learning and most students also had self efficacy; (2) there are differences mathematical comprehension ability based on the self efficacy of high school students; and (3) there are differences mathematical comprehension ability based on learning interest of high school students.
