Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Manajemen Pembiayaan Pendidikan terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Lulusan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan informasi mengenai pengaruh manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang di sebar di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung, dengan responden Guru dan Siswa. Berdasarkan perhitungan Tingkat Capaian Responden (TCR) menunjukan bahwa manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan memiliki nilai sebesar 84.8% berada pada kategori baik dan mutu lulusan memiliki nilai sebesar 85.9 yang juga berada pada kategori baik. Hasil uji normalitas data menunjukan bahwa variabel X dan Y berdistribus tidak normal sehingga analisis data menggunakan statistik non-parametik. Berdasarkan uji homogenitas nilai Sig. 0.946 > 0,1 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa varian dari dua kelompok populasi data adalah sama yang dapat diartika Mutu Lulusan berdasarkan responden guru dan siswa memiliki varian yang sama (homogen). Adapun hasil hipotesis, diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang cukup kuat dan signifikan antara manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap mutu lulusan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.415 sedangkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi memiliki nilai 13%, hal ini menggambarkan bahwa pengaruh manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan sebesar 13% dan 87% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, terbukti bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. This study aims to obtain an overview and information about the effect of education financing management on improving the quality of graduates in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bandung. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bandung City, with teachers and students as respondents. Based on the calculation of the Respondent's Achievement Level (RAL) shows that the management of education financing has a value of 84.8% which is in the good category and the quality of graduates has a value of 85.9 which is also in the good category. The results of the data normality test showed that the variables X and Y were not normally distributed so that the data analysis used non-parametric statistics. Based on the homogeneity test the value of Sig. 0.946 > 0.1, it can be said that the variance of the two data population groups is the same which can be interpreted as Graduate Quality based on teacher and student respondents having the same variance (homogeneous). As for the results of the hypothesis, it is known that there is a fairly strong and significant influence between education financing management on the quality of graduates in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bandung City with a correlation coefficient value of 0.415 while the results of the determination coefficient test have a value of 13%, this illustrates that the influence of education financing management on improving the quality of graduates by 13% and the other 87% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of these studies, it is evident that there is an influence between the management of education financing on improving the quality of graduates in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bandung.
