Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai proses pembinaan kepribadian dan kemandirian terhadap residivis Andik Pas ditinjau dari perspektif PKn dimensi sosio kultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Studi ini melibatkan Andik Pas non-residivis dan Andik Pas Residivis, Pembina dan Pengajar di LPKA Klas II Banda Aceh sebagai partisipan. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembinaan residivis Andik Pas di LPKA ditinjau dari perspektif PKn dimensi sosio kultural dilakukan melalui pembinaan kepribadian dan kemandirian telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Kehakiman RI No: M.02-PK.04.10 Tahun 1990 Tentang Pola Pembinaan Narapidana, namun dalam pelaksanaannya tidak ada perbedaan proses pembinaan terhadap Andik Pas residivis dengan non-residivis. Selanjutnya dampak dari pembinaan adalah tercapainya tujuan dari PKn dimensi sosio kultural yaitu membentuk warga negara yang baik (perubahan sikap Andik Pas yang lebih sopan dan santun, mandiri, jujur, disiplin, taat terhadap peraturan, menghargai dan menghormati orang lain, serta memiliki tekad kuat untuk menjadi manusia yang lebih baik). Adapun yang menjadi penghambat dalam proses pembinaan adalah sarana dan prasarana, Andik Pas itu sendiri (Anak Didik Pemasyarakatan), faktor double job antara pembina dan pengajar, serta keluarga Andik Pas. This study aims to obtain a comprehensive description of the process of developing personality and independence for Andik Pas recidivist from the perspective of Civics in the socio-cultural dimension. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Then, the data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies. This study involved Andik Pas non-recidivist and Andik Pas Residivis, coaches and instructors at LPKA Class II Banda Aceh as participants. Based on the analysis of the research data, it can be concluded that the development of Andik Pas recidivist at LPKA in terms of the perspective of Civics on the socio-cultural dimension is carried out through personality and independence development has been implemented quite well in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia No: M.02-PK.04.10 of 1990 Regarding the Pattern of Convict Guidance, but in its implementation there is no difference in the coaching process for Andik Pas recidivist and non-recidivist. Furthermore, the impact of coaching is the achievement of the goals of Civics in the socio-cultural dimension, namely forming good citizens (changes in Andik Pas' attitude to be more polite and courteous, independent, honest, disciplined, obedient to regulations, respecting and respecting others, and having a strong determination to become a better human being). As for the obstacles in the coaching process are the facilities and infrastructure, Andik Pas itself (Penitentiary Students), the double job factor between the coaches and teachers, and Andik Pas's family.
