Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan silabus kimia alternatif terintegrasi dengan kebutuhan SMK Teknik Mesin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode development research dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 2 ahli pendidikan kimia, 6 guru kimia SMK, 4 guru produktif dan 2 wakasek kurikulum di SMKN Kota Bandung. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan format validasi kompetensi dasar (KD), konten, dimensi pengetahuan serta desain dan evaluasi pembelajaran kimia. Data penelitian ini dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa KD kimia yang relevan dengan KD SMK Teknik Mesin meliputi kompetensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan yaitu menjelaskan, mendeskripsikan, menerapkan, menentukan, mengidentifikasi, mengelompokkan, menganalisis, mengkonstruksi, mengajukan gagasan, merancang dan melakukan percobaan. Komposisi konten kimia yang relevan dengan tuntutan SMK Teknik Mesin terdiri dari jenis, sifat fisis dan kimia, simbol, peranan, penanggulangan bahan kimia berbahaya, dan prosedur standar keselamatan dan keamanan kimia di lingkungan kerja (5,9%), reaksi redoks (11,8%), elektrokimia (11,8%), termokimia (11,8%), sifat fisis dan kimia logam, logam murni dan paduan (11,8%), konfigurasi elektron dan sistem periodik (5,9%), ikatan kimia (5,9%), korosi (5,9%), metalurgi (5,9%), hidrokarbon (5,9%), minyak bumi (5,9%), polimer (5,9%), dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laju reaksi (5,9%). Strategi pembelajaran berupa pendekatan saintifik dengan model discovery learning, project-based learning, problem-based learning, dan inkuiri terbimbing. Evaluasi pembelajaran berupa penilaian pada kompetensi pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap. Penilaian kompetensi pengetahuan terdiri dari tes tertulis dan penugasan. Penilaian kompetensi keterampilan terdiri dari unjuk kerja di lab, kinerja, proyek dan produk, sedangkan penilaian kompetensi sikap terdiri dari observasi sikap dan penilaian teman sebaya. Kata kunci: Rekonstruksi, Kurikulum, Kimia, SMK, Teknik Mesin This study aims to produce an alternative chemistry syllabus integrated with the needs of the Mechanical Engineering Vocational High School. This study uses a development research method with research subjects consisting of 2 chemistry education experts, 6 vocational chemistry teachers, 4 productive teachers and 2 deputy secretaries of curriculum at SMKN Bandung. The instrument in this study used the basic competency validation format, content, dimensions of knowledge, design and evaluation of chemistry learning. The data of this study were analyzed qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the basic competency of chemistry that is relevant to the basic competency of Mechanical Engineering Vocational High School includes knowledge and skill competencies, namely explaining, describing, implementing, determining, identifying, classifying, analyzing, constructing, proposing ideas, designing and conducting experiments. The composition of chemical content that is relevant to the demands of the Mechanical Engineering Vocational High School consists of types, physical and chemical properties, symbols, roles, handling of hazardous chemicals, and standard procedures for chemical safety and security in the work environment (5.9%), oxidation-reduction reactions (11.8%), electrochemistry (11.8%), thermochemistry (11.8%), physical and chemical properties of metals, pure metals and alloys (11.8%), electron configuration and the periodic table (5.9%), the chemical bond (5.9%), corrosion (5.9%), metallurgy (5.9%), hydrocarbons (5.9%), petroleum (5.9%), polymers (5.9%), and factors that affect the reaction rates (5.9%). The learning strategy is in the form of a scientific approach with the model of discovery learning, project-based learning, problem-based learning, and guided inquiry. Evaluation of learning in the form of an assessment of the competence of knowledge, skills and attitudes. Knowledge competency assessment consists of written tests and assignments. The skill competency assessment consists of performance in the lab, performance assessment, projects and products, while the attitude competency assessment consists of attitude observation and peer assessment.
