    Abstract

    Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kekohesifan kelompok belajar peserta didik dalam mencapai prestasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian adalah menguji secara empirik keefektifan penggunaan teknik sosiodrama dalam mengembangkan kekohesifan kelompok belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pra eksperimen dengan desain one group pre and post test dengan sampel sebanyak 22 peserta didik Kelas XI MAN 1 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2013-2014. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui angket kekohesifan kelompok belajar, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kekohesifan kelompok belajar peserta didik pada umumnya berada pada kategori sedang; (2) penggunaan teknik sosiodrama dirancang berdasarkan indikator kekohesifan kelompok belajar dengan ketercapaian rendah; (3) penggunaan teknik sosiodrama efektif dalam mengembangkan kekohesifan kelompok belajar peserta didik. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan bagi: (1) Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling, diharapkan dapat menggunakan teknik sosiodrama dalam mengembangkan kekohesifan kelompok belajar peserta didik; (2) Peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat memperkaya sumber rujukan mengenai teknik yang dapat digunakan dalam mengembangkan kekohesifan kelompok belajar peserta didik.

    The background of the research was the importance of students group learning cohesiveness for achieving learning achievement. The purpose of the research was to test empirically the effectiveness of the use of sociodrama technique to develop learning group cohesiveness. The method used in this research was a pre experimental with one group pre and post test design with the sample as many 22 students Class XI of MAN 1 Bandung in academic year 2013-2014. The collection of data obtained through the questionnaire learning group cohesiveness, observation, and interviews. The results showed: (1) students’ learning group cohesiveness in general is in the medium category, (2) the use of sociodrama technique was designed based on indicators of learning group cohesiveness with low achievement, (3) the use of sociodrama technique is effective for developing learning group cohesiveness. Research recommendation is intended for: (1) The school counselor, is expected to use the sociodrama technique to develop students’ learning group cohesiveness, (2) The further researcher, is expected to enrich the reference about the technique that can be used to develop students' learning group cohesiveness .
