Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul: “Pengaruh Komitmen Pegawai Terhadap Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Negeri Se-Kota Bandung’. Permasalahan yang hendak dipecahkan dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Bagaimana gambaran komitmen pegawai dalam hal ini tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan di SMK Negeri se-kota Bandung, 2) Bagaimana efektifitas penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001: 2008 di SMK Negeri se-kota Bandung, 3) Seberapa Besar pengaruh komitmen pegawai terhadap efektifitas penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001: 2008 di SMK Negeri se-kota Bandung. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitan ini adalah ingin mengetahui komitmen pegawai di SMK Negeri se-kota Bandung, efektifitas sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Negeri se-kota Bandung, dan pengaruh komitmen pegawai terhadap efektifitas penerapan sistem manajaemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Negeri se-kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan ditunjang studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang bersifat tertutup dengan skala empat. Sedangkan sumber data yang disajikan berupa sampel penelitian berjumlah 79 dari 84 data yang disebar. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan prosedur: menyeleksi data, mentabulasi data, mengukur kecenderungan skor responden menggunakan formula WMS, dan uji normalitas distribusi data. Selanjutnya melakukan pengujian hipotesis penelitian dengan prosedur : uji koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi, dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecenderungan skor responden untuk variabel X (komitmen pegawai) termasuk kedalam kategori yang sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 3,59. Variabel Y (efektifitas sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008) termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik pula, dengan rata-rata skor 3,38. Selanjutnya, hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan rumus Spearman Rho diperoleh nilai 0,708. Angka tersebut termasuk kedalam kategori kuat. Dengan taraf signifikansi 50,12%, dengan kata lain Ha diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komitmen pegawai dengan efektifitas sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Negeri se-kota Bandung. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen pegawai memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan efektifitas sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Negeri se-kota Bandung. The study is titled : " Effect Effectiveness Against Employee Commitment Implementation Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in SMK Se - Bandung ' . The problems to be solved in this study are : 1 ) How to picture an employee 's commitment in this regard educators and education in SMK as Bandung , 2 ) How does the effectiveness of the implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 in SMK as the city of Bandung , 3 ) How great influence employee commitment to the effective implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 in SMK as the city of Bandung . The objectives to be achieved in this research is to know SMK employee commitment in a city of Bandung , the effectiveness of the quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in SMK as the city of Bandung , and influence employee commitment to the effective implementation of ISO 9001 quality management system : SMK 2008 as the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach to the study of literature supported . The technique of collecting data using questionnaires that are closed with four scales . While the source of the data presented in the form of sample was 79 of 84 distributed data . Data processing techniques performed by the procedure : selecting the data , tabulate the data , gauge respondents' propensity score using the formula WMS , and testing normality of data distribution . Furthermore, the research hypothesis testing procedure : test the coefficient of determination , tests of significance , and correlation analysis . The results showed that respondents' propensity score for variable X ( employee commitment ) included into the excellent category with an average score of 3.59 . Variable Y ( the effectiveness of the quality management system ISO 9001:2008 ) included into the category very well too , with an average score of 3.38 . Furthermore , the results of hypothesis testing with Spearman Rho formula value of 0.708 was obtained . This figure is included into the strong category . With a significance level of 50.12 % , in other words Ha accepted that there is a significant relationship between employee commitment to the effectiveness of the quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in SMK as Bandung . Based on the findings of this study concluded that the commitment employees have a strong relationship with the effectiveness of the quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in SMK as the city of Bandung .
