Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana: 1) efektivitas kepemimpinan, efektivitas komunikasi organisasi dan tingkat capaian kinerja karyawan, 2) pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Nonprobability Samping. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kepada 96 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan uji statistik yang terdiri dari uji ttest, uji Ftest, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Kepemimpinan yang dilakukan di PT. Laksana Karis Industri termasuk dalam kategori sudah efektif, komunikasi organisasi yang dilakukan di PT. Laksana Karis Industri termasuk dalam kategori sudah cukup efektif, dan kinerja karyawan yang dilakukan di PT. Laksana Karis Industri termasuk dalam kategori cukup tinggi, 2) Secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine how: 1) the effectiveness of leadership, organizational communication effectiveness and the level of employee performance achievement, 2) the influence of leadership and organizational communication on employee performance, 3) the influence of leadership on employee performance, 4) the influence of organizational communication on employee performance. In sampling technique, the writer used Side Nonprobability. Beside using document study, the writer collected the data by using questionnaire to 96 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linier regression with statistical tests consisting of ttest, Ftest, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Data processing in this study using the IBM SPSS 25 tool. The results show that: 1) Leadership carried out at PT. Laksana Karis Industri is included in the category of already effective, organizational communication carried out at PT. Laksana Karis Industri is included in the category of being quite effective, and the employee performance carried out at PT. Laksana Karis Industri is included in the fairly high category, 2) Taken together, leadership and organizational communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
