Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berbicara anak kelompok B TK Bhayangkari 17 Cimahi. Permasalahan yang sering ditemukan adalah banyak anak kelompok B yang berbicara tersendat-sendat dalam menyampaikan pesan/informasi sehingga isi pembicaraan menjadi tidak jelas, anak masih belum berani untuk berbicara di depan kelas, ragu-ragu dalam menjawab pertanyaan dari guru. Hal ini disebabkan karena guru kurang memberikan kesempatan kepada anak untuk menyampaikan pendapatnya, ditekankan pada model yang banyak diwarnai dengan ceramah dan lebih berpusat pada guru. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini : (1) Bagaiamana kondisi objektif keterampilan berbicara anak TK Kelompok B di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 17 sebelum diterapkan metode cooperative learning dengan teknik cerita berpasangan? (2) Bagaimana penerapan metode cooperative learning dengan teknik cerita berpasangan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara pada anak TK Kelompok B di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 17? (3) Bagaimana peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak TK Kelompok B di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 17 setelah menggunakan metode cooperative learning dengan teknik cerita berpasangan? (4) Kendala apa saja yang dihadapi guru ketika diterapkan metode cooperative learning dengan teknik cerita berpasangan di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 17?. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang meningkatnya kemampuan berbicara anak melalui metode cooperative learning dengan teknik cerita berpasangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kelas. Setiap tindakan terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan atau observasi, dan refleksi. Adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini anak kelompok B TK Bhayangkari 17 Cimahi yang berjumlah 18 orang anak. Kemampuan berbicara anak setelah dilakukan tindakan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan setiap siklus. Anak dapat mengucapkan kata, mengembangkan kosakata dan membentuk kalimat. Rekomendasi bagi guru dalam penggunaan metode cooperative learning dengan teknik cerita berpasangan adalah guru harus mengetahui langkah-langkah dalam penggunaan metode cooperative learning dengan teknik cerita berpasangan. Kata Kunci:Kemampuan Berbicara, Metode Cooperative Learning This study that background is the low children speaking ability in group B TK Bhayangkari 17 Cimahi.The problems are often found is a lot of children in group B when the child to convey the message / information content of talks that delivered by children is not clear. Children speak halting so that the contents are not clear. There is also among the students who has not want to speak in front of the class, there are some children who do not want to answer the teacher's question because they fear the answer is wrong, especially to speak in front of the class, the students has not shown courage. This is because the teachers are still classical in learning activities. Learning more focused on models that are dominated with lectures and more teacher-centered. The problem formulation in this study is : (1) How is the objectively condition speaking skills of kindergarten children in TK Group B Bhayangkari 17 before implementation of cooperative learning methods with paired story techniques? (2) How does the application of the cooperative learning methods with paired stories techniques to improve the ability of speaking kindergarten children in TK Bhayangkari 17 ? (3) How does an increase in the ability of speaking kindergarten children in TK Group B Bhayangkari 17 after using cooperative learning methods with paired story techniques? (4) what are the constraints experienced by the teachers when applied cooperative learning methods with paired stories techniques in TK Bhayangkari 17? In general of this study aims to obtain an overview of the improve children speaking ability through cooperative learning methods with paired stories techniques. The method used in this study is a research class methods. Each action consists of the planning, execution, watching or observation, and reflection . The technique used in this study were interviews , observation, and documentation. That is the subject of this research is children in group B TK Bayangkari 17 Cimahi which totaled 18 children. Child's speak ability after the action showed an increase in each cycle. Kids can say the word, develop vocabulary and form sentences. Recommendations for the teachers in the using cooperative learning methods with paired story techniques is the teacher must know the steps in use of cooperative learning methods with paired stories techniques.
