Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapatnya 57,5% dari 30 siswa menyatakan berminat bekerja menjadi seorang teknisi otomotif sedangkan 42,5% menyatakan tidak berminat menjadi seorang teknisi, hasil tersebut masih tergolong belum maksimal dan belum menunjukkan pencapaian yang masimal dari apa yang diharapkan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat menjadi teknisi otomotif dengan sikap terhadap pekerjaan teknisi otomotif pada siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif studi korelasional, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat minat menjadi teknisi otomotif termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan sikap terhadap pekerjaan teknisi otomotif termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi atau sikap positif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS for Windows Seri 20 diperoleh hasil pengujian korelasi antara minat menjadi teknisi otomotif dengan sikap terhadap pekerjaan teknisi otomotif sebesar 0,79, angka tersebut menunjukkan hubungan antara minat menjadi teknisi otomotif dengan sikap terhadap pekerjaan teknisi otomotif pada siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku pada kategori tinggi serta memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan. Kata kunci : Minat, Sikap dan Teknisi Otomotif. The problem in this research is the presence of 57.5 % of the 30 students expressed interest in working as an automotive technician while 42.5 % expressed no interest in being a technician , the result is still relatively not maximized and has not shown that the achievement of what is expected masimal school. This research aims to determine the relationship between interest in becoming automotive technicians automotive technician attitude towards work in class XII SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku TKR. The method used in this research is descriptive correlational study, data collected with a questionnaire. Based on the results of data processing show that the level of interest in becoming automotive technicians in the high category, and attitudes toward automotive technician jobs included into the category of high or positive attitude. Based on the analysis using SPSS for Windows Series 20 test results obtained by the correlation between interest in becoming automotive technicians automotive technician attitude towards work at 0.79, the figure shows the relationship between interest in becoming automotive technicians automotive technician attitude towards work in class XII students TKR SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku the high category and has a positive and significant relationship .
