Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dimiliki Kampung Kreatif Cicukang sebagai acuan untuk strategi pengembangan Kampung Kreatif Cicukang sebagai daya tarik wisata di Kota Bandung serta menganalisis indikator-indikator yang mendukung Kampung Kreatif Cicukang sebagai kampung kreatif berbasis komunitas lokal. Data dikumpulkan dari observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi Kampung Kreatif Cicukang. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data melali empat tahap, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan serta verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kendala fisik dan non fisik yang terjadi di Kampung Kreatif Cicukang. Kendala-kendala tersebut berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia, ekonomi, sosial, politik, kesenian dan kebudayaan, serta lingkungan. Faktor utama yang menyebabkan tidak hidupnya Kampung Kreatif Cicukang adalah masyarakat lokal Kampung Kreatif Cicukang yang sudah tidak lagi berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaannya, sehingga membuat Kampung Kreatif Cicukang tidak hidup. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam membantu pengelola dan masyarakat lokal Kampung Kreatif Cicukang untuk membuat Kampung Kreatif Cicukang hidup kembali. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the constraints that Cicukang Creative Village have as a reference for the development strategy of the Cicukang Creative Village as a tourist attraction in Bandung City and to analyze indicators that support Cicukang Creative Village as a creative village based on local communities. Data were collected from observations, interviews, documentation studies Kampung Creative Cicukang. The type of research that will be used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. In this study, the technique used to analyze data through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and retrieval and verification. The results showed physical and non-physical constraints that occurred in the Cicukang Creative Village. These constraints relate to human resources, economy, social, politics, arts and culture, as well as the environment. The main factor that causes the Cicukang Creative Village not to exist is the community around the Cicukang Creative Village that no longer participates in its management, thus making the Cicukang Creative Village not exist. This research contributes to helping managers and the community around the Cicukang Creative Village to make the Cicukang Creative Village exist again.
