Abstract

Tujuan daripada dilakukannya penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi hasil uji kompetensi teori kejuruan terhadap hasil uji kompetensi praktik. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan analisis mengenai bagaimana relevansi materi uji kompetensi teori kejuruan terhadap materi uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional dengan subjek penelitian 123 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan hasil uji kompetensi teori kejuruan terhadap hasil uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan. Selain itu, diperoleh hasil analisis relevansi materi uji kompetensi teori kejuruan terhadap hasil uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan sebesar 70% dalam ketegori relevan. Kata kunci: Kontribusi, Kompetensi, Teori Kejuruan, Praktik Kejuruan, Relevansi The improvement of the result of vocational school students’ competence test at aircraft machinery major shows that students have high competences in their school. However, those competences have not met the ones that are expected by industry due to the standard differences. The aim of this study is to know the contribution of major competence test to major competence practical work. Furthermore, this study also analyzes the relevance of competence test’s materials toward practical work’s materials. The method used in this study is correlation descriptive with 123 students as subjects of study. The result of this study shows that there is a positive and significance contribution of the result of competence test to its practical work. The result of analysis shows that the relevance of competence test’s materials toward practical work’s materials is at 70% relevance category.
