Abstract

Dampak dari merebaknya pandemi Covid-19 saat ini amat terasa di banyak negara begitupun di Indonesia. Salah satu aspek yang terdampak ialah kegiatan perekonomian, cara yang dirasa cukup ampuh adalah menumbuhkan dan menguatkan jiwa wirausaha terutama dikalangan milineal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Soft Skill dan Minat Kewirausahaan Terhadap Pembentukan Jiwa Kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner Soft Skill, kuesioner minat kewirausahaan dan kuesioner jiwa kewirausahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Mandrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) se-Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 2.017 siswa. Berdasarkan perhitungan Slovin dengan error 5% diperoleh sampel sebanyak 334 siswa dengan teknik pengampilan sampel proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Gambaran umum variabel soft skill dan jiwa kewirausahaan berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan variabel minat kewirausahaan berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. 2) Soft skill berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat pembentukan jiwa kewirausahaan pada Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan MAN Se-Kabupaten Kuningan. 3) Minat kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat pembentukan jiwa kewirausahaan Pada Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan MAN Se-Kabupaten Kuningan. 4) Soft skill berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat minat kewirausahaan pada Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan MAN Se-Kabupaten Kuningan. Kata Kunci : Soft Skill, Minat Kewirausahaan dan Jiwa Kewirausahaan. The impact of the current Covid-19 pandemic is felt in many countries as well as in Indonesia. One of the affected aspects is economic activities, a way that is considered quite powerful is to grow and strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit, especially among the milineal. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Influence of Soft Skills and Entrepreneurial Interest on the Formation of Entrepreneurial Spirit. This research uses descriptive and verifikative method research method with quantitative approach. Data collection is carried out by the dissemination of Soft Skill questionnaires, entrepreneurial interest questionnaires and entrepreneurial soul questionnaires. The population in this study was all students of Mandrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in Kuningan District which amounted to 2,017 students. Based on Slovin's calculations with a 5% error, a sample of 334 students with proportional random sampling techniques was obtained. The results of this study show that 1) The general picture of soft skill variables and entrepreneurial spirit is in a high category while the entrepreneurial interest variables are in a very high category. 2) Soft skills has a positive effect on the level of entrepreneurial spirit formation in Pre-employment and Entrepreneurship Learning man in Kuningan district. 3) Entrepreneurial interest has a positive effect on the level of entrepreneurial spirit formation in pre-employment learning and man entrepreneurship in Kuningan district. 4) Soft skills has a positive effect on the level of entrepreneurial interest in Pre-employment and Entrepreneurship Learning man in Kuningan district.
