Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan pemerataan pembangunan yang menyebabkan tingginya aktivitas alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi permukiman di Wilayah Gedebage. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi permukiman di Wilayah Gedebage (2) Menganalisis sikap masyarakat terhadap alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi permukiman di Wilayah Gedebage (3) Menganalisis bentuk partisipasi masyarakat terhadap alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi permukiman di Wilayah Gedebage. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode wawancara. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan secara sampling incidental. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur, studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta pengukuran dan interpretasi skala likert dan skala guttman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi masyarakat di Wilayah Gedebage terhadap alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi permukiman dinilai sangat positif diukur dari tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai alih fungsi lahan, lokasi alih fungsi lahan serta pola alih fungsi lahan yang sangat baik. Masyarakat di Wilayah Gedebage mendukung terjadinya alih fungsi lahan pertanian yang terjadi di Wilayah Gedebage terlihat dari sikap positif masyarakat serta dampak yang baik bagi pendapatan ekonomi dan lingkungan sosial masyarakat. Partisipasi masyarakat terhadap alih fungsi lahan di Wilayah Gedebage sangat positif dikarenakan banyaknya partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses alih fungsi lahan. Masyarakat di Wilayah Gedebage memiliki respon yang positif terhadap alih fungsi lahan dilihat dari ketiga indikator pembentuk respon yaitu persepsi, sikap dan bentuk partisipasi masyarakat. This research is motivated by the increase of population and distribution of development causing the high activity of conversion of agricultural land into settlement in Gedebage region. The purpose of this study are: (1) Analyzing public perceptions of the conversion of agricultural land be settlements in the region Gedebage (2) Analyzing public attitudes to conversion of agricultural land be settlements in the region Gedebage (3) Analyzing public participation in the conversion of agricultural land be settlements in the region Gedebage. This research is descriptive research with interview method. The Sample was conducted by incidental sampling. Data collection techniques using literature study, documentation and study questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and measurement and interpretation likert scale and guttman scale. The results showed that the perception of communities in Gedebage against conversion of agricultural land into residential considered very positive measure of the level of public knowledge regarding land use, location of land conversion and land use patterns were very good. Communities in the Gedebage Area support the conversion of agricultural land that occurs in the Gedebage Region as evidenced by the positive attitude as well as the good impact on the economic and social income of the community. Community participation against land conversion in a very positive Gedebage region due to the many of public participation in the process of land conversion. Communities in the Gedebage region have a positive response to land conversion seen from the three indicators of response formers are perceptions, attitudes and forms of community participation.
