Abstract

Online learning is becoming one of the solutions to improve education on the condition Covid-19 today. Online learning is still said to be very new learning methods applied in Indonesia. The views or perceptions of the participants in learning activities have a very significant meaning or meaning for its continuity. For this reason, a study was conducted between the perceptions of the training participants and the learning process online which aims to determine the relationship between the perceptions of the trainees and the process online learning. The approach in this study uses a quantitative correlational approach using data collection tools, namely a questionnaire distributed to 87 respondents. From this study, it was found that the training participants' perceptions of the learning process were online good and could have a positive effect and the online learning process carried out at the institution was in accordance with the needs of the training participants. In addition, the participants' perceptions of the learning process online have a positive relationship and occur significantly with the process online learning.
