Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada upaya pengelola untuk meningkatkan ekonomi warga belajar di Rumah Pintar dan masyarakat secara luas dengan mengembangkan usaha kere jaer, penelitian ini berlokasi di Rumah Pintar Al-barokah Cibeureum Wetan, Kabupaten Sumedang. Tujuan penelitian ini; (1) Mengetahui tahapan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh pengelola rumah pintar dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian masyarakat, (2) mengetahui kemandirian masyarakat pasca pelaksanaan pemberdayaan ekonomi produktif melalui kere jaer, (3) mengetahui proses pembuatan kere jaer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang diantaranta yaitu pengelola dan warga belajar. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) tahapan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh pengelola dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian masyarakat dapat diketahui bahwa seluruh tahapan sudah dijalankan oleh pengelola sehingga sudah memenuhi indikator yang sudah ditentukan; (2) kemandirian masyarakat pasca pelaksanaan pemberdayaan ekonomi produktif dilihat dari motivasi berwirausaha yang berbeda-beda dengan individu lainya, dikarenakan dorongan motivasi yang bisa datang dari mana saja. Dalam hal dorongan motivasi faktor kebutuhan menjadi yang utama; (3) proses pembuatan kere jaer juga ada tahapan yang memang harus di tempuh agar sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan. Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan masyarakat, Motivasi Berwirausaha, Rumah Pintar ABSTRACT EMPOWERMENT OF PRODUCTIVE ECONOMIC COMMUNITIES THROUGH KERE JAER BUSINESS IN GROWING INDEPENDENCE OF ENTREPRENEURS IN AL-BAROKAH SMART HOUSE This research focuses on the management's efforts to improve the economy of learning citizens in Rumah Pintar and the community at large by developing workshops, this research is located in Rumah Pintar Al-Barokah Cibeureum Wetan, Sumedang Regency. The purpose of this research; (1) Knowing the stages of empowerment carried out by smart home managers in fostering community independence, (2) knowing community independence after the implementation of productive economic empowerment through workshops, (3) knowing the process of making kere jaer. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, the informants in this study amounted to 4 people, namely managers and learning citizens. The results of the study found that: (1) the stages of empowerment carried out by the manager in fostering community independence can be seen that all stages have been carried out by the manager so that they have met the predetermined indicators; (2) the independence of the community after the implementation of productive economic empowerment is seen from the entrepreneurial motivation that is different from other individuals, due to motivation that can come from anywhere. In terms of motivation, the need factor becomes the main factor; (3) the process of making kere jaer also has stages that must be taken to match what is desired.
