Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasari oleh adanya permasalahan berupa hasil belajar siswa, dimana dalam setiap pembelajaran tidak semua siswa bisa berhasil dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode systematic literature review yang dilakukan dengan cara review beberapa jurnal internasional yang sesuai dengan masalah penelitian. Penulis mengulas jurnal yang relevan pada rentang waktu 10 tahun tentang pengaruh konsep diri terhadap hasil belajar yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar dan dimoderasi oleh lingkungan sekolah. Pencarian jurnal bersumber dari beberapa penerbit artikel ilmiah internasional seperti Elsevier, American Psychologycal Association, SAGE Journals, Pubmed, The British Psychlogycsl Society, Frointers in Education, IJIRAH, Indian Journal of Fundamental and Applied Life Sciences, WJEIS, International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, AERA, Indian Journal of Research, Journal of Psychology in Africa dan International Journal of Applied Research. Penulis mendapatkan 30 jurnal yang sesuai dengan judul yang diteliti oleh penulis, namun setelah dilakukan pemilihan berdasarkan kriteria penulis dan seuai dengan kualitas scimago penulis hanya memilih 15 jurnal yang dinilai memenuhi kriteria. Temuan dari jurnal yang telah dianalisis menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh konsep diri siswa. Disamping itu, konsep diri juga memiliki keterkaitan dengan motivasi belajar dimana keduanya merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Dalam hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa konsep diri ini tidak hanya berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap hasil belajar melainkan dipengaruhi juga oleh motivasi belajar. Selain itu, dalam meningkatkan konsep diri dan hasil belajar perlu adanya dorongan dari lingkungan salah satunya adalah lingkungan sekolah. Lingkungan sekolah juga menjadi salah faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar sehingga sangatlah penting bagi setiap sekolah untuk memiliki komponen lingkungan sekolah yang tepat. Kata kunci: Konsep diri, Motivasi Belajar, Lingkungan Sekolah dan Hasil Belajar ABSTRACT This research is based on the issue about students' learning outcomes where in every learning, not all students are able to complete a particular learning. The methodology used in this research is a systematic literature review method which is done by reviewing several international journals relate to the research problem in this study. The researcher reviewed several relevant international journals in the last 10 years about the effect of self-concept to the learning outcomes which is mediated by a motivation to learn and moderated by a school's environment. The source of the journals used in this research is from some publishers of international journal articles, such as Elsevier, American Psychologycal Association, SAGE Journals, Pubmed, The British Psychologycal Society, Frointers in Education, IJIRAH, Indian Journal of Fundamental and Applied Life Sciences , WJEIS, International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, AERA, Indian Journal of Research, Journal of Psychology in Africa and International Journal of Applied Research. The researcher obtained 30 journals which is related to this study, however, after a selection based on the researcher's criteria and scimago qualification was done, the researcher only selected 15 journals that meet those criteria. The result of the analyzed journals shows that students 'learning outcomes is affected by students' self-concept. Moreover, self-concept is also has a relation with learning motivation where both are an unseparable unity. The analysis also shows that self-concept is not only affecting directly to the students' learning outcomes but also to the learning motivation. In addition, in increasing self-concept and learning outcomes, there needs to be an encouragement from the school's environment. It is also one of the factors that influence the learning outcomes. Therefore, it is really important for every school to have an appropriate school's environmental component. Keywords : self-concept, study motivation, school environmental and learning outcomes.
