Abstract

This research examines the level of understanding and use of financial institution products in micro and small businesses in Bandung, which is a solution to the problems of a business in making decisions in order to achieve success in the field of financial performance or the highest indicator, namely company profit. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on financial performance of micro and small businesses in Bandung. This study used a purposive sampling method with a survey approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed via google form to micro and small businesses in the city of Bandung. The analytical tool in this study is multiple linear regression. The test results show that financial literacy has a no effect on financial performance, financial inclusion has a positive effect on financial performance, while financial literacy and financial inclusion have a negative effect on financial performance. This indicates that financial literacy and financial inclusion can make it easier for micro and small entrepreneurs in Bandung to make decisions easier to achieve success.
