    Abstract

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar dan perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda. Objek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 23 Bandung. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, maka sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yang ada yaitu sebanyak 166 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,937 atau sebesar 93,7% artinya pengaruh disiplin belajar (X1) dan perhatian orang tua (X2) terhadap hasil belajar (Y) sebesar 93,7% dan sisanya sebesar 6,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa secara simultan maupun secara parsial, variabel disiplin belajar dan perhatian orang tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.     The purpose of this paper was to discover the effect of self-discipline learning and parents’ attention toward the result of students’ learning process. The methodology employed in this paper was a survey with a questionnaire in collecting the data and a multiple linear regression technique in analyzing the data. The object of the analysis was students of Class XI Social in 23 Senior High School Bandung. The technique employed in choosing the sample was a saturated sampling. Therefore, the analysis involved the whole population for 166 students. From the analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2) for 0.937 or 93.7% was obtained. The result signals that the effect of self-discipline learning (X1) and parents’ attention (X2) toward the result of the learning process combined was 93.7% and the remaining 6.3% was affected by other factors outside the model. Furthermore, the analysis obtained the fact that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of self-discipline learning and parents’ attention affect positively significant toward the result of students’ learning process.
