Abstract

Keterlibatan perempuan dalam kontestasi politik lokal menimbulkan pro kontra. Adanya ketidakadilan gender dan keterbatasan perempuan untuk terjun menjadi politisi dihadapkan pada singgungan antara perannya dalam ranah domestik dan publik. Hasil pemilihan Legislatif tahun 2019 menunjukan adanya peningkatan jumlah terpilihnya politisi perempuan dalam kontestasi pemihan Legislatif. Terpilihnya sejumlah kandidat dari kalangan politisi perempuan tidak terlepas dari modal sosial yang dimiliki. Fokus dalam penelitian ini menjadikan modal sosial sebagai kekuatan bagi perempuan untuk menjadi bagian dari politik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dan analisis data menggunakan model model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Informan penelitian terdiri dari 6 politisi perempuan yang memenangkan pemilihan umum Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Indramayu sebagai informan pokok, dan anggota Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah dan masyarakat Kabupaten Indramayu sebagai informan pangkal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, setiap aktor politik politisi perempuan secara tidak langsung membangun habitusnya melalui struktur kognitif dan mental bagaimana aktor politik membangun hubungan sosial yang dimilikinya. Bentuk modal sosial yang terdiri figur, hubungan dan jaringan, jabatan dan prestasi, hingga dukungan organisasi dan komunitas sosial yang merepresentasikan dirinya dan dukungan sosial dalam sebuah arena pertarungan aktor politik guna mencapai kepercayaan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Aktor Politik, Jaringan Sosial, Kepercayaan, Partisipasi Politik The involvement of women in local political contestation raises the pros and cons. The existence of gender injustice and the limitations of women to become politicians are faced with the intersection of their roles in the domestic and public spheres. The results of the 2019 Legislative elections showed an increase in the number of female politicians elected in legislative contests. The election of a number of candidates from among female politicians is inseparable from the social capital owned. The focus of this research is to make social capital a force for women to become part of politics. The research approach used is qualitative with the case study method, and data analysis using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Research informants consisted of 6 female politicians who won the 2019 general election of Regional People's Representative Council Members in Indramayu as key informants, and members of the Regional General Election Commission and the people of Indramayu Regency as base informants. The results showed that every female political actor indirectly builds his habitus through the cognitive and mental structures of how the political actor builds the social relationships he has. Forms of social capital consisting of figures, relationships and networks, positions and achievements, to the support of social organizations and communities that represent themselves and social support in a battle field for political actors to achieve public trust.
