Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan sintesa yang dibentuk secara integratif berdasarkan literatur-literatur penelitian terdahulu. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah bagaimana hubungan saling keterkaitan antara Trust, Performance Expextancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Perceived Risk, Continuance Intention dan Behavioral use. Penelitian ini menggunakan Bank BNI sebagai unit analisis dengan Sampel sebanyak 400 Nasabah dari semua cabang BNI yang ada Di Propinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian verifikatif dengan eksplanasi survey. Analisa data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui Sofware AMOS v. 24. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa model UTAUT yang di integrasikan dengan kepercayaan dan persepsi resiko memiliki tingkat kekuatan prediksi yang sangat baik dan kuat. Model ini dapat menjelaskan 66 % niat pengguna untuk terus menggunakan layanan m-banking dan Model ini juga dapat memprediksi perilaku aktual sebesar 85 %. Hasil Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived risk, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social Influence, continuance intention dan behavioral use. Seluruh variabel pada model ini kecuali perceived risk mempengaruhi niat perilaku secara positif signifikan dan pengaruh sosial menjadi faktor yang paling mempengaruhi continuance intention layanan m-banking. Seluruh variabel pada model ini kecuali Performance expectancy juga berpengaruh signifkan terhadap bevioral use. Performance Expextancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, secara paralel memediasi hubungan antara trust dengan continuance intention tetapi perceived risk tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh trust terhadap continuance intention. Performance Expextancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, perceived risk dan continuance intention mampu memediasi secara serial pengaruh trust terhadap behavior use Keyword :UTAUT, Perceived Risk, Trust, Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, Social Factor and Continuance Intention. This research is a synthesis that was formed integratively based on previous research literature. The goal to be achieved is how the interrelationships between Trust, Performance Expextancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), Perceived Risk (PR), Continuance Intention (BI) and behavioral use (BU). This study uses BNI Bank as the unit of analysis with a sample of 400 customers from all BNI branches in DKI Jakarta Province. This research is a verification research with survey explanation. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) through AMOS software v. 24. This study found that the UTAUT model which is integrated with trust and perceived risk has a very good and strong level of predictive power. This model can explain 66% of the user's intention to continue using m-banking services and this model can also predict the actual behavior of 85%. The results of this study also show that trust has a significant effect on perceived risk, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, continuance intention and behavioral use. All variables in this model except perceived risk have a significant positive effect on behavioral intention and social influence is the most significant factor affecting continuance intention to use m-banking. All variables in this model except performance expectancy also have a significant effect on bevioral use. Performance Expextancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, in parallel mediate the relationship between trust and continuance intention to use but perceived risk is not able to mediate the effect of trust on continuity intention. Performance Expextancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, perceived risk and continuance intention are able to mediate the influence of trust on behavior use serially Keyword: UTAUT, Perceived Risk, Trust, Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, Social Factor and Continuance Intention.
