Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas XII di program keahlian akuntansi SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran prestasi Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN), gambaran kompetensi siswa pada standar kompetensi menyusun laporan keuangan dan berapa besar pengaruh prestasi Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) terhadap kompetensi siswa pada standar kompetensi menyusun laporan keuangan di program keahlian akuntansi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 3 Bandung. Aspek yang diteliti dalam penelitian in meliputi dua hal, yaitu prestasi PRAKERIN berupa nilai PRAKERIN kelas XI tahun ajaran 2011/2012, Sedangkan kompetensi siswa adalah nilai UAS kelas XII standar kompetensi menyusun laporan keuangan tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara telaah dokumen dengan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi dengan bantuan program SPSS V 20.0 for Windows. Jumlah anggota populasi berjumlah 146 orang dengan presisi sampel 5% sebanyak 107 orang. Dari pengolahan data secara empirik gambaran prestasi PRAKERIN berada dalam kategori amat baik dengan rata-rata nilai 90 sebanyak 64,5% siswa, sedangkan kompetensi siswa belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 67,2 sebanyak 71,9%. Dari analisis data diketahui bahwa kolerasi antara variabel X prestasi praktek kerja industri dengan variabel Y kompetensi siswa sebesar 0,396, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan antara prestasi PRAKERIN dengan kompetensi siswa pada tingkat keeratan yang rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan prestasi PRAKERIN memberikan pengaruh terhadap kompetensi siswa sebesar 1,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 98,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan t_hitung ≥ t_tabel (4,422 ≥ 1,661) artinya hipotesis yang di ajukan diterima dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. This study aims to reveal industrial practices achievement, a description of student competence in the competency standards in preparing financial statements and how much the influence of Industrial Practices achievements on students’ competence on competence standards of financial statements structure in the accounting program of SMKN 3 Bandung. The aspects were examined in the research include two things : industrial practices achievement in the form of the grade of Industrial Practices of the students in the eleventh grade school year of 2011/2012, and students competence in the form of the grade of students of the twelfth grade of their end semester examination in the competence standards of financial statements structure of the school year 2012/2013. The study used descriptive-verificative research method, data collection techniques by documentary study and the analysis of the data used correlation analysis with SPSS V 20.0 for Windows. The number of the population was 146 people with a precision of 5% so that the sample were 107 people. From empirical data processing, the Industrial Practices achievements was very good in this category with an average grade of 90 as much as 64.5% of all students, while the students' competency has not reached the minimum criteria of completion with an average grade of 67.2 as much as 71.9%. From the data analysis it is known that the correlation between the X variable of industrial practices achievement and Y variable students competence was 0.396. it can be concluded that the correlation between Industrial Practices achievements and students competence was low. The results showed Industrial Practices achievements influenced on students competence by 1.6%, while the remaining 98.4% was influenced by another factor not included in this study. the results of hypothesis testing showed that industrial practices achievements had a significant effect on student competence. The results of hypothesis testing showed t_count ≥ t_table (4,422 ≥ 1,661) meaning the proposed hypothesis is acceptable with reliability level of 95%.
