Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi PISA yang mencengangkan, kemampuan membaca masyarakat Indonesia mengalami penurunan dari poin 403 ditahun 2015 ke 371 poin ditahun 2018, sehingga rangking Indonesia turun dari urutan 72 menjadi 77 skor dan urutan tersebut dilihat pada periode 2015 dan 2018. Maka ditujukan dari minat membaca yang rendah, serta kurangnya membaca. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan model pembelajaran jenis model hipotetik menggunakan model Bruce Joyce dengan langkah diantaranya: (1) rasionalisasi, (2) sintaks, (3) sistem sosial, (4) prinsip reaksi, (5) sistem pendukung, (6) dampak intruksional, dan (7) dampak pengiring. Pada tahap penerapan model pembelajaran membaca kritis dengan metode Investigasi Kelompok berbasis literasi digital berbeda dalam langkah – langkah model Investigasi lainnya peneliti didalam model ini yang membedakan penerapan pengembangan media digital. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang dipergunakan yaitu hasil adaptasi metode penelitian pengembangan Dick, Carey, dan Carey (2009), yang mencakup 10 tahapan pengembangan dan penelitian. Wawancara, penyebaran angket dan kuesioner digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa terhadap sebuah model pembelajaran membaca kritis. Materi membaca kritis hasil pendapat dari Carnine, dkk. (1990) dan Spears (2006), yang dikembangkan menjadi indikator-indikator pembelajaran diantaranya: (1) pengertian dan ciri pembaca kritis, (2) menemukan tujuan penulis, (3) membedakan fakta dan opini, (4) unsur urutan, perbandingan, sebab akibat secara tersirat, (5) mengidentifikasi argumen, (6) menganalisis kekeliruan argumen. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan, maka pengembangan model pembelajarannya yaitu model pembelajaran membaca kritis dengan metode Investigasi Kelompok berbasis Literasi Digita. Untuk uji kelayakan model pembelajaran menggunakan validasi kepada 7 orang ahli yang menghasilkan rata-rata perolehan skor 97% pada tahap validasi pertama dan 100% pada tahap kedua. Keterpakaian model pembelajaran didapatkan berdasarkan respon guru, angket terbuka dan tertutup. Angket guru mencapai persentase rata-rata menjawab setuju 51,25% , sangat setuju 15%, cukup 21,25%, kurang setuju 11,25% dan sangat tidak setuju 1,25%. Angket terbuka dengan hasil responden yang baik terhadap model pembelajaran Investigasi Kelompok berbasis Literasi Digital, menurut responden media dan model suatu hal yang dapat membantu pembelajaran, terutama media yang menarik bagi siswa dan berkaitan langsung dalam kehidupan siswa. Selain itu juga ada data yang didapat dari angket tertutup dari 40% setuju, 15,5% sangat setuju dan cukup 25,5%. ABSTRACT This research was motivated by an astonishing PISA the reading ability of Indonesian people has decreased from 403 points in 2015 to 371 points in 2018. So, Indonesia's ranking fell from 72 to 77 scores, and the order has seen in the 2015 and 2018 periods. Low, as well as a lack of reading. The purpose of this study is to develop a hypothetical learning model using the Bruce Joyce model with steps: (1) rationalization, (2) syntax, (3) social systems, (4) reaction principles, (5) support systems, (6) impact instructional, and (7) accompaniment impact. At the stage of implementing critical reading learning model with the digital literacy-based Group Investigation method, it is different in the steps of the other Investigation model researchers in this model that distinguish the application of digital media development. The research and development method used is the adaptation of Dick, Carey, and Carey (2009) development research methods, which includes ten stages of development and research. Interviews, questionnaires, and questionnaires were used to identify students' needs for a critical reading learning model. The critical reading material results from the opinion of Carnine, et al. (1990) and Spears (2006), which is developed into learning indicators (1) understanding and characteristics of critical readers, (2) finding the author's goals, (3) distinguishing facts and opinions, (4) elements of an order, comparison, cause, and effect implicitly, (5) identify the argument, (6) analyze the fallacy of the argument. Based on the analysis needs, the development of learning model is a critical reading learning model with the Digital Literacy-based Group Investigation method. To test feasibility of the learning model using validation based on seven experts who got an average score of 97% in the first validation stage and 100% in the second stage. The usability of the learning model is obtained based on the teacher's responses, open and closed questionnaires. The teacher questionnaire reached an average percentage of answering agree 51.25%, strongly agree 15%, quite 21.25%, disagree 11.25%, and strongly disagree 1.25%. The open questionnaire with good respondent results on the Digital Literacy-based Group Investigation learning model, according to media respondents and the model is something that can help to learn, especially media that is attractive to students and directly related to student life. Besides, there is also data obtained from a closed questionnaire from 40% agrees, 15.5% strongly agrees, and 25.5% sufficient.
