Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Needs of Facilities and Infrastructure in Paul Christian Senior High School Bandung". With the formulation of the problems in this study are: (1). How is the management of facilities and infrastructure in Paul Christian Senior High School Bandung, (2). What are the factors that affect the facilities and infrastructure at Paul Christian High School Bandung, and (3). What strategies are used to improve facilities and infrastructure in Paul Christian Senior High School Bandung. This study aims to determine the planning, management, benefits, types, functions, procurement, inventory, and the elimination of facilities and infrastructure at SMA Kristen Paulus Bandung. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis model used is the analysis of documentation studies, interviews, documents, and observations. Research respondents include: (1). Principal, (2). Deputy Head of Facilities and Infrastructure, (3). Deputy Head of Curriculum, (4). Deputy Chief of Public Relations, (5). Teachers, (6). Education staff, and (7). Learners. The results of the study have shown that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is appropriate, but the teaching and learning process can be adjusted to national education standards because there are still obstacles faced by teachers and students in teaching and learning activities.
