Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan bahan ajar berkonteks sosio scientific issue bermuatan nilai religi serta efektivitasnya terhadap keterampilan argumentasi dan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pre-eksperiment tipe one group pre-test post-test dengan subjek sebanyak 51 orang siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Kabupaten Bandung. Desain yang digunakan untuk mengembangakan bahan ajar yaitu ADDIE dengan mengadaptasi kriteria kelayakan dari Slavin (1992). Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari lembar validasi, soal skala sikap, soal tes tulis kemampuan argumentasi, dan angket tanggapan siswa dan guru. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) Bahan ajar sudah layak diimplementasikan kepada siswa dengan kalkulasi hasil validasi bahan ajar dari ahli agama, ahli materi biologi dan ahli layouter sebesar 78,3%. 2) Bahan ajar cukup efektif meningkatkan kemampuan argumentasi siswa dengan persentase skor N-gain sebesar 42,7%. 3) Bahan ajar sudah efektif dalam meningkatkan sikap peduli lingkungan dengan persentase skor N-gain sebesar 64,7%. 4) Guru memberikan respon yang sangat baik terhadap bahan ajar dengan persentase skor angket sebesar 86,46% dan siswa memberikan tanggapan yang baik terhadap bahan ajar dengan persentase skor angket sebesar 84,37%. Kata Kunci : Socio scientific Issues, nilai religi, ADDIE, pre-eksperiment IMPLEMENTATION OF TEACHING MATERIALS WITH SOCIO SCIENTIFIC ISSUE CONTEXT WITH RELIGIOUS VALUE TO IMPROVE STUDENT'S ARGUMENTATION SKILLS AND ATTITUDES Anisa Solehah Nurwendah 1803515 Abstract. This study aims to analyze the implementation of socio-scientific issue context teaching materials that contain religious values and their effectiveness on students' argumentation skills and environmental care attitudes. The method used was a pre-experimental type one group pre-test post-test with 51 students of class X Private Madrasah Aliyah in Bandung Regency. The design used to develop teaching materials is ADDIE by adapting the eligibility criteria from Slavin (1992). The research instrument consisted of validation sheets, attitude scale questions, written test questions for argumentation skills, and student and teacher response questionnaires. The findings of this study were 1) The teaching materials were feasible to be implemented to students by calculating the validation results of teaching materials from religious experts, biological material experts and layouters by 78.3%. 2) The teaching material is quite effective in improving the students' argumentation skills with the N-gain score percentage of 42.7%. 3) Teaching materials are effective in improving environmental awareness with a percentage of the N-gain score of 64.7%. 4) The teacher gave a very good response to the teaching material with a questionnaire score percentage of 86.46% and the students gave good responses to the teaching material with a questionnaire score percentage of 84.37%.
