Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari sebuah website resmi humas kota Bandung ditemukan berita tentang gelar pemberdayaan masyarakat Kota Bandung. Wali Kota Bandung Oded M. Danial menyerahkan sebuah penghargaan pada kewilayahan yang menunjukan keberhasilan dalam penyelenggaraan sejumlah kegiatan, Program Inovasi Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Kewilayahan (PIPPK) Award kategori Partisipasi dicapai oleh Kecamatan Bandung Kulon. Tujuan penelitian ini 1) Mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dilihat dari faktor pemberdayaan dan komunikasi. 2) Mengetahui bagaimana peran pemimpin dan organisasi. 3) Program sosial masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil pada penelitian ini mengungkapkan : 1) Hasil dari evaluasi masyarakat Kelurahan sarijadi belum begitu berperan aktif memberikan kritikan dan juga saran yang membangun dari. Sehingga dari situlah terlihat mengapa kelurahan sarijadi tidak mendapatkan award dari kategori partisipasi masyarakat. 2) Peran pemimpin disini hanyalah sebagai fasilitator saja. Lalu peran organisasi dalam pelaksanaan sudah sesuai dengan berbagai arahan yang diarahkan oleh pemimpin. 3) Program sosial Karang Taruna makan bersama warga prasejahtera, membagikan sembako, LPM dengan BBGRM dan PKK dengan sabandungan juga sendok sedekah. The research is motivated by an official website of public relations in the city of Bandung, found news about the title of community empowerment in Bandung. The Mayor of Bandung, Oded M. Danial, presented an award to the region which showed success in organizing a number of activities, the Regional Development Innovation and Empowerment Program (PIPPK) Award in the Participation category was achieved by Bandung Kulon District. The purpose of this study 1) To determine community participation seen from the empowerment and communication factors. 2) Knowing the role of leaders and organizations. 3) Community social programs. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study with a qualitative approach. The results of this study reveal: 1) The results of the evaluation of the people of Sarijadi Village have not played an active role in providing criticism and also constructive suggestions from. So from there it can be seen why Sarijadi Village did not get an award from the community participation category. 2) The role of the leader here is only as a facilitator. Then the role of the organization in implementation is in accordance with the various directions directed by the leader. 3) The Karang Taruna social program eats with underprivileged residents, distributes groceries, LPM with BBGRM and PKK with sabandungan and alms spoons.
