Abstract

Penulisan yang sudah dilaksanakan ini berjudul “Studi Evaluatif Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan di SMA Negeri 3 Subang Berdasarkan Metode Evaluasi Kirkpatrick”. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui warga SMA Negeri 3 Subang dalam melaksanakan manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang difokuskan kepada pemanfaatannya. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan secara keseluruhan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat kendala pada pengadaan beberapa sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMA Negeri 3 Subang. Selain itu, beberapa sarana dan prasarana pendidikan pun memiliki kondisi yang kurang baik sehingga tidak begitu nyaman ketika digunakan. Kendala yang hadir ini bukan tanpa alasan, melainkan disebabkan oleh dana untuk sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang kadang terbatas. Biarpun demikian, dari hasil evaluasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang telah dilaksanakan menggunakan metode evaluasi Kirkpatrick dari level I, II, III, dan IV, telah menunjukkan reaksi positif. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa warga SMA Negeri 3 Subang dapat menggunakan atau memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang tersedia dengan maksimal. Sebagian besar pun dapat bertanggungjawab dan bahkan ikut berpartisipasi dalam memelihara sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang tersedia tersebut. Beberapa sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang tersedia, dan beberapa dengan kondisi yang kurang baik tidak menjadikan warga SMA Negeri 3 Subang menggunakan atau memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang tersedia tersebut dengan cara yang tidak seharusnya atau bahkan merusaknya. (Pembimbing II) ABSTRACT The research’s title is "Evaluative Study of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure Management in SMA Negeri 3 Subang Based on Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Method". This study aims to determine the residents of SMA Negeri 3 Subang in implementing the management of educational facilities and infrastructure that are focused on their utilization. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The management of educational facilities and infrastructure as a whole has been carried out well, but there are still obstacles in the procurement of some educational facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 3 Subang. In addition, some educational facilities and infrastructure are in poor condition so that they are not very comfortable when they use some of them. The obstacles that were present were not without reason, but because the funds for educational facilities and infrastructure were sometimes limited. However, the results of the evaluation of educational facilities and infrastructure that have been implemented using the Kirkpatrick evaluation method from levels I, II, III, and IV have shown positive reactions. This means that residents of SMA Negeri 3 Subang can make the most of the available educational facilities and infrastructure. Most of them can be responsible for and even participate in maintaining the available educational facilities and infrastructure. Some of the available educational facilities and infrastructure, and some with unfavorable conditions, do not make the residents of SMA Negeri 3 Subang use or utilize the available educational facilities and infrastructure in ways that are not supposed to or even damage them.
