Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh wabah yang sedang melanda Indonesia bahkan dunia yaitu wabah virus COVID-19. Dalam kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di Kota Cimahi yang termasuk salah satu kota berstatus Zona merah di Jawa Barat pada 20 Mei dan kemudian terjadi pergeseran status kewaspadaan ke zona kuning pada akhir bulan Mei, maka peneliti ingin mengetahui perubahan tersebut yang dilihat dari kognisi atau pengetahuan masyarakat dan aspirasi masyarakat Cimahi dalam upayanya terhadap percepatan penanggulangan COVID-19 di Kelurahan Cigugur Tengah yang merupakan salah satu kelurahan terluas di Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis dilihat dari: 1) kognisi 2) aspirasi masyarakat dan 3) upaya percepatan penanggulangan COVID-19. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner yang disebar menggunakan media GoogleForm. Hasil penelitian ini mengemukakan: 1)kognisi masyarakat memiliki capaian yang sangat baik, karena masyarakat tergolong sudah memiliki wawasan terkait pengetahuan umum virus covid-19 dan kebijakan pemerintah tentang PSBB. 2) aspirasi masyarakat memiliki capaian yang baik, hasil tersebut menjelaskan bahwa keinginan masyarakat akan tujuan yang lebih baik cukup tinggi dalam upaya percepatan penanggulangan COVID-19. 3) upaya percepatan penanggulangan COVID-19 sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Hal ini memberikan arti bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam percepatan penanggulangan COVID-19 tergolong tinggi, artinya masyarakat melakukan usaha preventif yaitu dengan melaksanakan himbauan pemerintah seperti 3M (mencuci tangan, meggunakan masker, dan menjaga jarak) serta menerkapkan prilaku hidup sehat dan bersih 4) pengetahuan dan keinginan masyarakat memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap upaya percepatan penanggulangan covid-19 di kelurahan cigugur tengah cimahi dan memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap upaya percepatan penanggulangan COVID-19. Kata Kunci: Kognisi, Aspirasi, Penanggulangan COVID-19 ABSTRACT Individual cognition and desire are important domains in determining a person's behavior, in this study the background is the outbreak that is currently hitting Indonesia and even the world, namely the COVID-19 virus outbreak. In the confirmed case of COVID-19 in Cimahi City, which is one of the cities with the status of the Red Zone in West Java on May 20 and then there was a change in status to the yellow zone at the end of May, the researchers wanted to know these changes as seen from cognition or knowledge and aspirations. Community in Cimahi City in their efforts to accelerate the response to COVID-19 in Cigugur Center Village, which is one of the largest urban villages in Cimahi City. This research was conducted to describe and analyze several things: 1) cognition 2) community aspirations and 3) efforts to accelerate the response to COVID-19. The data collection technique is done by using a prevention that is distributed using Google Form media. The results of this study suggest: 1) co mmunity cognition has a very good achievement, because the community is classified as having insight into general knowledge of the Covid-19 virus and government policies on PSBB. 2) the aspirations of the community have good achievements, these results explain that the desire of the community for better goals is quite high in efforts to prevention the response to COVID-19. 3) efforts to prevention the response to COVID-19 have been carried out well. This means that community participation in accelerating the response to COVID-19 is high, meaning that the community is making preventive efforts, namely by carrying out government appeals such as 3M (washing hands, using masks, and maintaining distance) and implementing healthy and clean living behaviors 4) knowledge and the desire of the community has a positive influence on efforts to accelerate the response to covid-19 in the Cigugur village of Cimahi Center and has a good impact on efforts to accelerate the response to COVID-19.
