Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan terkait menurunnya kinerja karyawan PT X Bandung dari tahun 2016-2019. Dengan menurunnya kinerja karyawan PT X Bandung jika dibiarkan terus-menerus akan berdampak terhadap terhambatnya berbagai macam proses bisnis di perusahaan. Dari banyaknya faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, yang menarik peneliti adalah lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan di PT X Bandung dan juga mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT X Bandung. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 100 karyawan dan sampel berjumlah 100 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja nonfisik dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, lingkungan kerja nonfisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research is motivated by problems related to the decline in the performance of employees of PT X Bandung from 2016-2019. With the decline in the performance of PT X Bandung employees, if allowed to continue, it will have an impact on the obstruction of various business processes in the company. Of the many factors that influence employee performance, what interests researchers are the non-physical work environment and motivation. The purpose of this study was to see an overview of the non-physical work environment and the motivation and performance of employees at PT X Bandung and also affect the non-physical work environment on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, and the influence of non-physical work environment and motivation on employee performance at PT X Bandung. This study also uses descriptive and verification methods with a population of 100 employees and a sample of 100 employees. The analysis technique used is the product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the F-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that the non-physical work environment and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
