    Abstract

    Zakat in Indonesia has enormous potential as an instrument in creating prosperity. However, the distribution of zakat funds has not been distributed optimally. This study aims to determine the biggest problems in the distribution of the zakat program and also the priority solutions in the zakat program in the city of Bandung in terms of economy, education, health and publicity and da'wah. The data analysis technique used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study used 7 expert respondents who were asked to examine the problems and solutions for the distribution of the zakat program in Bandung. The results of the study will show the biggest problems in the distribution of zakat programs and also priority solutions in distributing zakat programs in the city of Bandung. The biggest problem in the distribution of the zakat program in Bandung City based on the opinions of the subjects is the Koran teachers who have economic difficulties, while the priority of the zakat distribution program is the training program and job skills. The next result is that in general the most problematic areas are the economic sector, as well as the priority solutions in general are the economic sector. This research is expected to provide benefits for the government in determining policies for the distribution of zakat programs more optimally.
