Abstract

Mira Anggraeni (1602169) “Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kantor Pusat PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII”. Dibawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. H. Suryana, M.Si., dan Askolani, SE., MM. Dalam penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh permasalahan kinerja karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII yang mengalami penurunan selama lima tahun waktu berjalan yaitu dari tahun 2015-2019 serta dengan jumlah absensi yang meningkat di Kantor Pusat PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Dengan penurunan kinerja yang di alami oleh karyawan Kantor Pusat PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII, bila dibiarkan terus menerus maka akan berdampak terhadap terhambatnya berbagai macam proses bisnis di perusahaan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, yang salah satunya menarik peneliti adalah motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan di Kantor Pusat PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII dan juga mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Pusat PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 237 karyawan dan sampel berjumlah 70 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kemudian untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian, digunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi secara bersama – sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil uji korelasi kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi sebesar 49,5%. Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Budaya organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan. In this study, the background is motivated by the problems in employees' performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Head Office which decreased during the five years running period, namely from 2015-2019 and with the increasing number of absenteeism in pt Head Office of Nusantara VIII Plantation. If the decline in the performance experienced by employees of PT Head Office. Nusantara VIII Plantation is allowed to continue, it will give an impact on the obstruction of various business processes in the company. Many factors affect employees' performance, one of them which attracts the researcher is work motivation and organizational culture. The purpose of this research is to find out an overview of work motivation, organizational culture and employees' performance at PT Head Office. Nusantara VIII Plantation and also to know the impact of work motivation on employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, and work motivation and organizational culture on employees' performance in PT Head Office. Nusantara VIII Plantation. The study used descriptive and verifiative methods with a population of 237 employees and a sample of 70 employees. The analytical techniques used are pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis. Then to test the research hypothesis, the researcher uses F-test and t-test. The results of the research show that work motivation and culture of the organization has a positive and significant effect on employees' performance. In part, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the culture of the organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the test the correlation of employee performance was influenced by work motivation and organizational culture by 49.5%.
