    Abstract

    Dalam penulisan tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan ragum
    untuk mesin frais aciera f3. Yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan ragum untuk mesin
    frais aciera f3 dan untuk mengetahui waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk
    pembuatan ragum pada mesin frais aciera f3. Dalam pembuatannya material yang
    digunakan untuk pembuatan ST41. Proses pemesinan untuk pembuatan ragum
    untuk mesin frais aciera f3 adalah : 1) proses mesin sekrap, 2) proses mesin frais,
    3) proses mesin bubut, 4) pengeboran. Secara teoritis total waktu dan biaya produksi
    yang dibutuhkan adalah 8,61 jam dan Rp 787.411,38. Secara total real waktu, biaya
    pengerjaan dan material secara real membutuhkan 10,75 jam dan Rp 944.339,86.
    In writing this final project discusses the making of vise
    for aciera f3 milling machine. Which aims to produce vise for the machine
    frais aciera f3 and to find out the time and costs required for
    making vise on the aciera f3 milling machine. In the making of that material
    used for the manufacture of ST41. Machining process for making vise
    for the aciera f3 milling machine are: 1) scrap machine process, 2) milling machine process,
    3) lathe process, 4) drilling. Theoretically the total production time and costs
    required is 8.61 hours and IDR 787,411.38. In total real time, costs
    workmanship and materials in real terms took 10.75 hours and Rp. 944,339.86.
