Abstract

Dalam kegiatan sehari-hari sangat erat kaitannya dengan penggunaan sepatu.
Masalah muncul tatkala musim hujan berlangsung, ketika sepatu basah dan akan
dipakai esok harinya. Pembuatan tugas akhir ini memiliki tujuan untuk
menghasilkan mesin pengering sepatu dengan memodifikasi oven kompor bekas
agar penggunaan menjadi efisien. Pembuatan mesin ini dimulai dengan
perancangan modifikasi dan dilanjutkan dengan menentukan sistem kontrol dalam
menjalankan mesin. Dalam pengerjaanya dimulai dengan perancangan gambar
layout atau tata letak dan desain wiring, pemilihan kompenen, perakitan komponen,
pengujian mesin hingga berjalan, finishing. Pengerjaan tugas akhir ini
menghasilkan mesin pengering sepatu dengan pemakaian biaya listrik sebesar
Rp 336,16/jam jika penggunaan tarif tenaga listrik golongan R-1/TR batas daya
2.200 VA. Biaya keseluruhan untuk pembuatan modifikasi mesin ini sebesar
Rp 668.884,12.

for efficient use. The manufacture of this machine began with
design modification and proceed with determining the control system inside
Start the engine. In the work, it starts with designing an image
layout or layout and wiring design, selection of components, assembly of components,
machine testing up to running, finishing. This final project work
produce a shoe dryer with a consumption of electricity costs of
IDR 336.16 / hour if the use of the R-1 / TR class electricity tariff is the power limit
2,200 VA. The total cost for making this engine modification is equal to
IDR 668,884.12.
