Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia : Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan multi-platform e-rubric sebagai alat ukur dalam asesmen soft skills pada pendidikan vokasi bidang seni kreatif khususnya seni karawitan. Metode yang digunakan mengadopsi prosedur Waterfall Model dengan rincian tahapan antara lain: analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment dan maintenance. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima aspek soft skills yang menjadi prioritas konten dalam pengembangan multi-platfom e-rubric soft skills. Kelima aspek tersebut adalah: 1) memory and concentration; 2) openness to feedback/self-awarness; 3) communication and teamwork, 4) creativity and innovation; dan 5) self-dicipline. Multi-platform e-rubric soft skills ini telah melewati uji validasi dan uji usability, sehingga memungkinkan untuk menjadi alat ukur formatif asesmen berbasis student performance yang layak (valid dan reliabel) pada pendidikan vokasi bidang seni kreatif khususnya seni karawitan. Kelebihan dari multi-platform e-rubric soft skills ini adalah akurat, hemat waktu, hemat biaya dapat menampilkan hasil asesmen yang detail, baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif serta dapat menampilkan progres hasil asesmen yang sistematis dari waku ke waktu. Bahasa Inggris: This thesis aims to describe the development of a multi-platform e-rubric as a measuring tool in assessing soft skills in vocational education in the creative arts, especially karawitan arts. The method used is to adopt the Waterfall Model procedure with detailed stages including: analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that there were five aspects of soft skills that became content priorities in the development of the multi-platform e-rubric soft skills. The five aspects are: 1) memory and concentration; 2) openness to feedback / self-awareness; 3) communication and teamwork, 4) creativity and innovation; and 5) self-dicipline. This multi-platform e-rubric soft skills has passed validation and usability tests, making it possible to become a formative measuring tool for assessment based on student performance that is feasible (valid and reliable) in vocational education in the creative arts, especially musical arts. The advantages of this multi-platform e-rubric soft skills are that they are accurate, time-efficient, cost-effective, can display detailed assessment results, both qualitatively and quantitatively and can display the progress of the assessment results systematically over time.
