Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) tergambarkannya program kegiatan PKB guru SMKN bersertifikasi di Kota Cimahi, (2) teranalisisnya PKB dalam peningkatan pengembangan diri guru SMKN bersertifikasi di Kota Cimahi, (3) teranalisisnya manajemen PKB aspek pengembangan diri guru SMKN bersertifikasi di Kota Cimahi, (4) teranalsisinya peranan manajemen PKB aspek pengembangan diri guru SMKN bersertifikasi di Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian, kepala sekolah/tim koordinator PKB, guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) gambaran PKB yang di selenggarakan meliputi In House Training (IHT) bagi guru setiap awal tahun ajaran baru, Diklat Fungsional mengenai diklat pengembangan bahan dan media ajar, diklat pengelolaan kelas dengan learning management system, pertemuan rutin MGMP sesuai dengan bidang mata pelajarannya masing-masing, (2) peranan PKB dalam pengembangan diri guru sebagai peningkat profesionalisme pada kinerja, dan peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa, (3) pengelolaan pelaksanaan kegiatan program PKB meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, (4) peranan manajemen PKB dalam pengembangan diri guru yaitu mengarahkan, mengkonfirmasikan, dan mengkoordinasikan. Kata kunci: Manajemen, PKB, SMK This study aims to describe (1) describe the PKB activity program for certified SMKN teachers in Cimahi City, (2) analyze PKB in improving the self-development of certified SMKN teachers in Cimahi City, (3) analyze PKB management aspects of self-development for certified SMKN teachers in Cimahi City. , (4) the role of PKB management in the self-development aspects of certified SMKN teachers in Cimahi City is realized. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Sources of research data, school principals / PKB coordinating team, teachers. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification.The results showed that (1) the description of the PKB which was held included In House Training (IHT) for teachers at the beginning of the new academic year, Functional Training on training for material development and teaching media, classroom management training with a learning management system, regular MGMP meetings in accordance with their respective subject areas, (2) the role of PKB in teacher self-development as an enhancer of professionalism in performance, and an increase in pedagogical competencies that have an impact on student learning outcomes, (3) management of the implementation of PKB program activities including planning, implementation, and evaluation, ( 4) the role of PKB management in teacher self-development, namely directing, confirming, and coordinating.
