    Abstract

    Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan rangka atas dan sliding table meja las portable untuk mengetahui waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan komponen rangka atas dan sliding table meja las portable, dalam pembuatannya material yang digunakan adalah besi hollow 40 mm x 40 mmx 2 mm, dan besi siku 30 mm x 30 mm x 2 mm. Proses pembuatan komponen rangka atas dan sliding table meja las portable ini meliputi: 1. Proses pemotongan 2. Proses pengelasan 3. Proses finishing. Secara teoritis total waktu dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah 215,41 menit dan Rp 626.000,00.
    This final project discusses the manufacture of a portable welding table top frame and sliding table to determine the time and costs required for the manufacture of the upper frame components and the portable welding table sliding table, in its manufacture the material used is hollow iron 40 mm x 40 mmx 2 mm, and angle iron 30 mm x 30 mm x 2 mm. The process of making the components of the upper frame and sliding table portable welding table includes: 1. Cutting process 2. Welding process 3. Finishing process. Theoretically, the total time and production cost required is 215.41 minutes and Rp. 626,000.00.
