Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kelekatan dan resiliensi terhadap kesepian pada mahasiswa di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 404 mahasiswa berusia 18-25 tahun. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Trent Relationship Scale Questionnaire untuk mengukur kelekatan, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale untuk mengukur resiliensi, dan Social and Emotional Loneliness Adults Scale untuk mengukur kesepian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier dan berganda dengan SPSS 25.0. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa kelekatan dan resiliensi secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kesepian dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (<0.05). Kelekatan fearful dan resiliensi menunjukkan kontribusi terbesar yaitu 28,2%. Sementara itu, kelekatan secure tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesepian. The sample was collected by purposive sampling with the number of subjects 404 college students. Analyze by linier regression and multiple regression using SPSS 25.0. Result showed that all attachment style and resilience had a significant influence on loneliness (0.000<0.05). Fearful attachment and resilience also had a biggest contribution as much as 28,2% influence on loneliness.
