Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih adanya satuan PAUD yang belum melakukan program PAUD HI secara sistematik dan terprogram, masih kurangnya partisipasi atau kurangnya kemitraan yang membantu satuan PAUD dalam melaksanakan program PAUD HI hal tersebut dikarenakan satuan PAUD tidak melakukan kemitraan dengan lembaga terkait PAUD HI, serta minimnya pengetahuan santuan PAUD mengenai PAUD Holistik Integratif. Satuan PAUD non formal sebagai salah satu satuan pendidikan anak usia dini yang menjadi dasar terbentuknya Program PAUD HI. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi implementasi program PAUD HI di Kecamatan Cianjur serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman satuan PAUD mengenai program PAUD HI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan narasumber yaitu kepala sekolah satuan PAUD di Kecamatan Cianjur dengan populasi sebanyak 55 sekolah dan menentukan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling sebanyak 47 partisipan dari batas toleransi sebesar 5%. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa satuan PAUD di Kecamatan Cianjur sudah mengimplementasikan program PAUD HI secara beragam dan mencapai rata-rata keseuaian implementasi sebesar 86% yang menunjukan berada pada kategori sudah mengimplementasikan secara terstruktur dengan kualitas yang berbeda-beda. Kepada seluruh pemangku kebijakan dalam pelaksanaan program PAUD HI diharapkan dapat berperan aktif dan bertanggung jawab atas seluruh pemenuhan kebutuhan anak usia dini yang dapat membantu tumbuh kembang anak. This research is motivated by the existence of PAUD units that have not implemented the PAUD HI program in a systematically and programmatically, the lack of participation or partnership program in assisting PAUD unit in implementing the PAUD HI program, as well as the limited source of knowledge of PAUD units in understanding the Holistic Integrative PAUD. The non-formal PAUD unit as one of the early childhood education units profound the creation of the PAUD HI program. The objectives of the study are to examine how the PAUD HI program is implemented in Cianjur district as well as to examine the comprehension of PAUD unit in understanding the PAUD HI program. The study uses a quantitative approach with survey research methods. The data collections are gain through observation, questionnaire, and interview, techniques with the Head Master of PAUD unit in Cianjur district included 47 random data sampling with the highest toleration rate no more than 5% as the data sources. The data analysis used descriptive analysis technique. The result showed that the PAUD unit in Cianjur district had implemented the PAUD HI program in various ways and achieved an average implementation conformity of 86% which indicated that they are in the category of structurally-implemented the PAUD HI program with different qualities. It is hoped for all the stakeholders who are implementing the PAUD HI program, that they can play an active and responsible role in fulfilling all the needs of early childhood stages that can help children’s growth and development.
