Abstract

ABSTRAK Alpino Nurdiansyah (2021): Hubungan Antara Persepsi Siswa Tentang Pemberian Aktivitas Ice breaking dengan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Program Studi Teknik Permesinan SMKN 6 Bandung: DPTM FPTK UPI Pemberian aktivitas ice breaking merupakan salah satu strategi yang digunakan oleh guru untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di kelas. Akan tetapi ada beberapa poin yang masyarakat luas khususnya para guru belum mengetahui secara rinci yaitu perihal jenis ice breaking, waktu yang tepat durasi yang dan apakah terdapat hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang pemberian aktivitas ice breaking dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa tentang pemberian aktivtas ice breaking berupa jenis ice breaking, waktu, durasi dan hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang pemberian aktivitas ice breaking dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI Teknik Permesinan dan Teknik Las dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 siswa yang dipilih dengan Teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil dari peneltian ini yaitu jenis ice breaking yang paling disukai siswa adalah jenis game, waktu yang tepat untuk penerapannya pada inti atau pertengahan pembelajaran, durasinya selama 10 menit dan hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang pemberian aktivitas ice breaking dengan motivasi belajar siswa ialah hubungan positi dan signifikan. Kemudian hubungan kedua variabel tersebut mempunyai hubungan yang kuat. However, there are several points that the wider community, especially teachers, do not know in detail, namely the type of ice breaking, the exact time and duration and whether there is a relationship between students' perceptions of providing ice breaking activities with student learning motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine students 'perceptions about the provision of ice breaking activities in the form of types of ice breaking, time, duration and the relationship between students' perceptions of providing ice breaking activities with student learning motivation. The research design used in this thesis uses a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study were students of class XI Mechanical Engineering and Welding Techniques with a total sample of 38 students who were selected by using cluster random sampling technique. The result of this research is that the type of ice breaking that students like the most is the type of game, the right time for its application at the core or mid-learning, the duration is 10 minutes and the relationship between students' perceptions about providing ice breaking activities with student learning motivation is a positive and significant relationship. Then the relationship between the two variables has a strong relationship.
