Abstract

Kesejahteraan psikologis adalah kemampuan individu untuk berfungsi positif terhadap diri dengan menerima diri, memiliki hubungan positif dengan orang lain, memiliki kemandirian, penguasaan lingkungan, memiliki tujuan hidup, dan pertumbuhan diri. Penelitian bertujuan untuk merumuskan program bimbingan bimbingan dan konseling pribadi untuk mengembangkan kesejahteraan psikologis santri. Kesejahteraan psikologis yang tinggi membuat individu berkembang dan memiliki sikap positif terhadap diri maupun lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 131 santri kelas XI di Pondok Pesantren Santi Asromo Majalengka Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Gambaran umum kesejahteraan psikologis santri kelas XI di Pondok Pesantren Santi Asromo Majalengka Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 berada pada kategori skor rendah yang berarti santri belum memiliki sikap positif terhadap diri, belum mampu menjalin hubungan yang positif dengan orang lain, belum mampu membuat keputusan sendiri, dan belum mampu mengatur tingkah laku, belum mampu mengontrol dan menciptakan lingkungan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, belum memiliki tujuan hidup dan belum memiliki makna hidup, serta belum mampu mengeksplorasi dan mengembangkan diri. Hasil penelitian berupa program bimbingan dan konseling pribadi hipotetik pengembangan kesejahteraan psikologis menggunakan pendekatan well-being therapy. Program bimbingan dan konseling pribadi hipotetik telah diuji kelayakan program oleh ahli dan praktisi bimbingan dan konseling. Psychological well-being is the individual's ability to function themselves positively by accepting themselves, having positive relationships with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, life purpose, and personal growth. This study aims to formulate a Personal Guidance and Counseling program to develop psychological well-being of santri. High psychological well-being will make individuals develop and have a positive attitude towards themselves and their environment. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive method. The study was conducted on 131 santri of class XI at Pondok Pesantren Santi Asromo Majalengka Academic Year 2020/2021. The general description of psychological well-being of santri class XI at Pondok Pesantren Santi Asromo Majalengka Academic Year 2020/2021 is in the low score category which means that the santri’s do not have a positive attitude towards themselves, have low proficiency in establishing positive relationships with others, are not able to make their own decisions, low have proficiency in regulating their behavior, are not able to control and create an environment that suits their needs, do not have a life purpose and life meaning, and are not able to explore and develop themselves. The result of this study is a program of Guidance and Counseling a development of psychological well-being using a well-being therapy approach.
