Abstract

Kreativitas ikut menentukan keberhasilan anak dikemudian hari, karena melalui kreativitas anak dapat menciptakan karya baru berdasarkan imajinasi, pemikiran serta bakat yang dimiliki anak. Di Kabupaten Garut, permainan konstruktif dengan media bahan alam jarang sekali di hadirkan. Dampaknya yaitu anak belum terstimuli untuk bisa menciptakan karya atau mencoba ide baru sesuai dengan imajinasinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui stimulasi dan besarnya peningkatan kreativitas melalui kegiatan permainan konstruktif menggunakan bahan alam. Subyek penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun di sekitar rumah peneliti di kabupaten Garut karena sedang diberlakukan PSBB akibat pandemi Covid-19 sehingga tidak bisa melakukan penelitian di sekolah, berjumlah 5 anak. Pelaksanaan penelitian pada bulan Mei 2020. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, lembar penilaian kreativitas anak, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun di sekitar lingkungan rumah peneliti meningkat dan terstimuli. Hal ini terbukti dengan pencapaian skor maksimal pada dimensi kreatif elaborasi, yaitu kemampuan anak untuk menceritakan kembali alasan dari pembuatan hasil karya bahan alam yang dibuat anak berdasarkan dirinya sendiri. Peningkatannya yaitu pada tindakan 1, anak rata-rata belum mampu untuk mengungkapkan ide dasar hasil karyanya sendiri dengan 0% anak yang mencapai skor maksimal. Kemudian pada tindakan kedua, beberapa anak mulai mampu mengutarakan pendapatnya mengenai ide dasar dari hasil karya yang telah anak buat dengan pencapaian 40%. Terakhir, pada tindakan ke-3 anak yang mencapai skor maksimal yaitu 80%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dari setiap tindakan ke tindakan anak selalu mengalami peningkatan dan terstimulasi kreativitasnya menjadi lebih baik. ----- Creativity also determines the success of children in the future, because through creativity children can create new works based on imagination, thoughts and talents owned by children. In Garut Regency, constructive games with natural media are rarely present. The impact is that children have not been stimulated to be able to create work or try new ideas according to their imagination. The purpose of this study was to determine the stimulation and magnitude of increased creativity through constructive play activities using natural materials. The subjects of this study were children aged 5-6 years around the researchers' home in Garut district because PSBB was being imposed due to the Covid-19 pandemic so that it could not conduct research at school, totaling 5 children. The research was carried out in May 2020. Data collection methods used were observation, children's creativity assessment sheets, documentation and field notes. Based on the results of this study concluded that the creativity of children aged 5-6 years around the home environment of researchers increased and stimulated. This is evidenced by the achievement of maximum scores on the creative dimension of elaboration, namely the child's ability to retell the reasons for making natural works made by children based on themselves. The increase is in action 1, the average child has not been able to express the basic idea of his own work with 0% of children who reach the maximum score. Then in the second action, some children began to be able to express their opinions about the basic ideas of the work that the child had made with an achievement of 40%. Finally, in the 3 rd action of children who reach a maximum score of 80%. This shows that from every action to action the child always experiences an increase and stimulates his creativity for the better.
