Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan model Direct Insruction dan model pembelajaran Inquiry terhadap kemampuan kemandirian siswa melalui tenis meja pada siswa SMP Negeri 39 Bandung. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Pre-test and Post-test Group Design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMP Negeri 39 Bandung kelas 8C dan 8F dengan jumlah 60 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket kuisioner . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, hasil uji Independent sample T-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.017 < 0.05 (terdapat perbedaan), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perbedaan antara model pembelajaran Direct Instruction dengan Inquiry terhadap kemandirian siswa. Meskipun demikian, jika dibandingkan berdasarkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata pre-test sampai dengan post-test, model pembelajaran Inquiry lebih memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemandirian siswa dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran Direct Instructio; The purpose of this research is to know the comparison of the Direct Insruction model and Inquiry model for self-regulated learning of students through table tennis at Junior High School of 39 Bandung. The research was conducted using experimental methods, with the design of research used in pre-Test and post-Test Group Design. The example of his research is Junior High School of 39 Bandung 8C class and 8F which amounted 60 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the research obtained, independent sample test result T-Test obtained a significant value of 0.017 < 0.05 (there is a difference), it can be concluded that there is a difference between the direct instruction model with Inquiry for self-regulated learning student. However, compared with the increase in pre-Test rate to post-Test, Inquiry's learning model is more influential in students ' self-regulated learning than the Direct Instruction learning model.
