    Abstract

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sport tourism customer experience terhadap behavioral intention wisatawan mancanegara di ClubMed Bintan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana lalu diproses menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 20 for windows. Dengan jumlah responden 121 orang yang berusia 11 tahun keatas, dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan populasi wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung dan menikmati fasilitas sport activity di ClubMed Bintan. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Hasil dari regresi linear sederhana terdapat pengaruh yang besar dari sport tourism customer experience terhadap behavioral intention dan penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat sport tourism customer experience berada dikategori sangat tinggi dan tingkat behavioral intentions berada dikategori sangat tinggi. Serta sport tourism customer experience berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intentions.

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of sports tourism customer experience on the behavioral intentions of foreign tourists at ClubMed Bintan. The research method used is verification descriptive by using simple linear regression and then processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 20 for windows. With a total of 121 respondents aged 11 years and older, and using purposive sampling techniques with a population of tourists who have visited and enjoyed sports activity facilities at ClubMed Bintan. The scale used is the Likert scale. The result of simple linear regression has a large influence of sport tourism customer experience on behavioral intention and this study also shows that the level of sports tourism customer experience is in a very high category and the level of behavioral intentions is in a very high category. As well as sports tourism customer experience has a positive effect on behavioral intentions.
