Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Pusat PT POS Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dengan metode survey. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang pegawai bagian SDM PT Pos Indonesia. Adapun analisis data yang dilakukan penulis meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi pegawai mengenai implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 pada Kantor Pusat PT POS Bandung dinilai cukup, hal ini dikarenakan Kantor Pusat PT POS Bandung selalu meninjau efektivitas tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan. Sedangkan persepsi pegawai mengenai Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pusat PT POS Bandung dinilai cukup baik, hal ini didukung oleh pekerjaan yang dilakukan Pegawai di Kantor Pusat PT POS Bandung penuh perhitungan dan ketelitian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pusat PT POS Bandung, dimana pengaruh variabel Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 ini memberikan pengaruh sebesar 77,1% terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan sisanya 22,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati diluar model. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System on Employee Performance of PT POS Bandung Head Office. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The data source used in this research is primary data. The data was collected by questionnaire with survey method. The population used in this study were 30 employees of the HR department in PT Pos Indonesia. The data analysis conducted by the author includes descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that perception of employees regarding the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System at the Head Office of PT POS Bandung are considered sufficient, this is because the Head Office of PT POS Bandung always reviews the effectiveness of the corrective actions taken. Meanwhile, employees' perceptions of performance at the PT POS Bandung Head Office are considered sufficient, this is supported by the work carried out by employees at the PT POS Bandung Head Office full of calculation and accuracy. The results of hypothesis testing show that the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System has a significant influence on Employee Performance at the PT POS Bandung Head Office, where the influence of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System variable has an influence of 77.1% on Employee Performance and the rest 22.9% is influenced by other variables which are not observed outside the model.
