Abstract

Ketika saat memimpin pertandingan kondisi psikologis seorang wasit yang tidak baik dapat berdampak pada kecemasan untuk menjadi acuan penghambat konsentrasi. Maka dari itu tujuan dalam penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kecemasan dengan konsentrasi pada wasit futsal. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sebanyak 44 orang wasit futsal level 3, 2, dan 1 di Provinsi Jawa Barat menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis Purposive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 (CSAI-2) merupakan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kecemasan. Dan Concentration Grid Test (CGT) untuk mengukur konsentrasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan korelasi pada SPSS versi 25, dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,080 > 0,05, yang menyatakan tidak adanya hubungan antara kecemasan dengan konsentrasi pada wasit futsal.
