Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan membuat program hipotetik bimbingan dan konseling pribadi-sosial untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 2 Dayeuhkolot Kabupaten Bandung dengan mengambil subjek penelitian teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Angket Komunikasi Interpesonal. Tingkat pencapaian aspek komunikasi interpersonal siswa menunjukkan keterbukaan 73,84%, empati sebesar 68,60%, sikap mendukung 55,23%, sikap positif 58,72%, dan kesetaraan sebesar 62,79%. Disimpulkan bahwa siswa memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang cukup optimal namun tetap perlunya upaya yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang dimilikinya. Upaya yang diberikan berupa program bimbingan dan konseling pribadi-sosial. Kata kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Hipotetik Program, Bimbingan dan Konseling Pribadi- Sosial

Abstract
This research aims to create a hypothetical program guidance and personal-social counseling to enhance students' interpersonal communication skills. It used a quantitative approach and descriptive research methods. This research was conducted in SMP 2 Dayeuhkolot Bandung regency by taking random sampling technique. This research instrument used interpersonal Communication Questionnaire. Level of interpersonal communication aspects of student achievement showed 73.84% openness, empathy for 68.60%, 55.23% being supportive, positive attitude 58.72%, and equity of 62.79%. It was concluded that the students have adequate communication skills but still need optimal effort that can help improve interpersonal communication skills they have. Efforts exerted is program guidance and personal-social counseling. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, hypothetical Program, Guidance and Personal-Social Counseling
