Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat kesejahteraan dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD di Kecamatan Solokanjeruk Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson . Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada guru PAUD di Kecamatan Solokanjeruk Kabupaten Bandung yang berasal dari lembaga PAUD formal dan non formal yang berada di bawah Dinas Pendidikan. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu melibatkan seluruh anggota populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian. Hasil uji korelasi dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi tiga bagian, diantaranya yaitu hubungan tingkat kesejahteraan dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD secara keseluruhan, hubungan tingkat kesejahteraan dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD formal, serta hubungan tingkat kesejahteraan dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD non formal. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kesejahteraan guru PAUD dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD dengan kategori hubungan rendah serta memiliki arah hubungan positif. Kemudian pada guru PAUD formal, hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kesejahteraan guru PAUD formal dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD formal. Selanjutnya pada guru PAUD non formal hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kesejahteraan guru PAUD non formal dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD non formal dengan kategori hubungan rendah serta memiliki arah hubungan positif. Karena penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, maka direkomendasikan untuk peneliti selanjutnya melakukan penelitian sejenis yang lebih mendalam. The research method used in this research is the correlational method using the Pearson correlation test. This research was conducted on PAUD teachers in Solokanjeruk District, Bandung Regency who came from formal and non-formal PAUD institutions under the Education Office. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sampling technique, which involved all members of the population as the sample in the study. The results of the correlation test in this study were divided into three parts, namely the relationship between the level of welfare and the pedagogical competence of PAUD teachers as a whole, the relationship between the level of welfare and the pedagogical competence of formal PAUD teachers, and the relationship between the level of welfare and the pedagogical competence of non-formal PAUD teachers. The results of the correlation test show that overall there is a relationship between the level of welfare of PAUD teachers with the pedagogical competence of PAUD teachers with a low relationship category and a positive relationship direction. Then for formal PAUD teachers, the results of the correlation test show that there is no significant relationship between the level of welfare of formal PAUD teachers and the pedagogical competence of formal PAUD teachers. Furthermore, for non-formal PAUD teachers, the correlation test results show that there is a relationship between the level of welfare of non-formal PAUD teachers with the pedagogical competence of non-formal PAUD teachers with a low relationship category and a positive relationship direction. Because this research is a quantitative study, it is recommended that further researchers conduct more in-depth similar studies. Keywords: welfare level, pedagogic competence
