Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS) kelas VI mata pelajaran matematika tahun ajaran 2019/2020 berdasarkan tingkat kesukaran soal, daya pembeda, dan efektivitas opsi soal. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar kelas VI yang berada di salah satu sekolah dasar kecamatan Ibun Kabupaten Bandung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, karena data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dalam bentuk angka-angka dan penelitian ini tidak untuk menerima atau menolak hipotesis, tetapi untuk menjelaskan keadaan yang apa adanya sesuai dengan butir soal penilaian akhir semester (PAS) yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi berupa soal PAS, kunci jawaban dan skor jawaban, serta lembar kunci jawaban siswa. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menghitung tingkat kesukaran soal, daya pembeda, dan efektifitas opsi soal menggunakan aplikasi software Anates versi 4.0.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 40 butir soal PAS kelas VI mata pelajaran matematika tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yaitu: 1) Tingkat kesukaran soal yaitu 5 (12,5%) soal sukar, 28 (70%) soal sedang, 6 (15%) soal mudah, dan 1 (2,5%) soal sangat mudah. 2) Daya beda soal yaitu 3 (7,5%) soal sangat jelek, 3 (7,5%) soal jelek, 19 (47,5) soal cukup, 12 (30%) soal baik, dan 3 (7,5%) soal sangat baik. 3) Efektivitas opsi soal yaitu 12 (52%) soal sangat baik, 6 (24%) soal baik, 5 (20%) soal cukup baik, dan 1 (4%) soal kurang baik. Dengan demikian, analisis soal PAS kelas VI mata pelajaran matematika tahun ajaran 2019/2020 termasuk soal yang baik. ----- The study aims to determine the quality of items in The Final Semester’s Examination grade 6 on mathematics subject in the Academic Year 2019/2020 based on the level of difficulty, distinguishing features and effectiviness of the test’s options. Participants in this study were grade VI elementary school students who were in one of the elementary schools in Ibun sub-district, Bandung Regency. This study uses descriptive quantitative approach, because the data obtained in this study are in the form of numbers, and this study is not to accept or reject hypotheses, but to explain the situation as it is in accordance with the items under study in The Final Semester’s Examination. The techniques of collecting data used are documentation techniques in the form of Final Semester’s Examination’s questions, answer keys, scores and the students answer sheet. The method of data analysis is caculating the level of difficulty of the questions, distinguishing features and effectiveness of the test’s options using Anates software application version 4.0.9. The result of this study shows that from 40 questions of The Final Semester’s Examination in Grade 6 of mathematicts subject in Academic Year 2019/2020, are: 1) The level of difficult is, 5 (12.5%) difficult questions, 28 (70%) medium questions, 6 (15%) easy questions, and 1 (2.5%) very easy question. 2) The distinguishing features is, 3 (7,5%) very bad questions, 3 (7,5%) bad questions, 19 (47,5%) enough questions, 12 (30%) good questions, and 3 (7,5%) very good questions. 3) The effectiveness of the test’s options is, 13 (52%) very good questions, 6 (24%) good questions, 5 (20%) good enough question, and 1 (4%) not good question. Therefore, the items analysis of The Final Semester’s Examination Grade 6 of Mathematics Subject in The Academic Year 2019/2020 is good items.
